SAPO-34分子篩載銅催化劑催化Ullmann偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)

【摘要】:以三乙胺為模板劑,通過(guò)水熱合成法,改變不同硅鋁比得到結(jié)晶度較好的SAPO-34分子篩.通過(guò)離子交換法和高壓加氫的方法制得Cu-SAPO-34催化劑,并采用XRD、SEM、TEM、H2-TPR、XPS等方法對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征.結(jié)果表明,制備的催化劑形貌較規(guī)整,銅離子全部被還原為零價(jià),還原后的銅納米顆粒粒徑較小且均勻分布在分子篩表面.將得到的Cu-SAPO-34催化劑應(yīng)用于無(wú)配體情況下的沃爾曼偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)中,評(píng)價(jià)了其在Ullmann偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)中的催化性能,結(jié)果顯示出Cu-SAPO-34在C—O鍵和C—N鍵的形成上展現(xiàn)了較高的催化活性.
[Abstract]:SAPO-34 molecular sieves with better crystallinity were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis with triethylamine as template.The Cu-SAPO-34 catalyst was prepared by ion exchange method and hydrogenation at high pressure.The results showed that the morphology of the prepared catalyst was more regular, the copper ions were reduced to zero valence, and the reduced copper nanoparticles were smaller in size and distributed uniformly on the surface of molecular sieve.The obtained Cu-SAPO-34 catalyst was applied to the Walman coupling reaction without ligand and its catalytic performance in the Ullmann coupling reaction was evaluated. The results showed that the Cu-SAPO-34 exhibited high catalytic activity in the formation of C-O and C-N bonds.
