【摘要】：基于L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)自組裝膜(SAMs)在乙醇-水混合溶劑體系中對外消旋谷氨酸展現(xiàn)出的手性識別能力,在含60%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))乙醇的乙醇-水混合溶劑中,利用L-Cys SAMs對不同手性谷氨酸的選擇性結(jié)晶作用,通過多次重結(jié)晶,分離出純D-谷氨酸晶體,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了對DL-谷氨酸的手性拆分.
[Abstract]:Based on L- cysteine L-Cys) self-assembled membrane SAMs), the chiral recognition ability of racemic glutamic acid in ethanol-water mixed solvent system was demonstrated, and in ethanol-water mixed solvent containing 60% ethanol.The chiral resolution of DL-glutamic acid was achieved by the selective crystallization of different chiral glutamic acid by L-Cys SAMs and the separation of pure D- glutamic acid crystal by multiple recrystallization.
