常壓下丙酮-異丙醇-水體系汽液平衡測定與關聯(lián)

【摘要】:采用單級循環(huán)汽液平衡裝置測定了常壓下丙酮-異丙醇-水體系中丙酮-異丙醇、丙酮-水、異丙醇-水二元及丙酮-異丙醇-水三元體系的汽液平衡數(shù)據(jù),采用Herington方法對二元汽液平衡數(shù)據(jù)進行熱力學一致性檢驗。分別以Wilson,NRTL及UNIQUAC為相平衡模型,采用最小方差法對二元汽液平衡數(shù)據(jù)進行關聯(lián),由關聯(lián)的3對二元體系模型參數(shù)計算三元體系的汽液平衡數(shù)據(jù),并與實驗值進行比較。結果表明:計算值與實驗值的相對偏差均≤5%,說明實驗值與計算值一致,其中UNIQUAC模型誤差較小。該結果為丙酮-異丙醇-水混合物的分離提供了一定基礎數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of acetone-isopropanol-water system, acetone-isopropanol, acetone-water, isopropanol-water binary system and acetone-isopropanol-water ternary system were determined by a single stage circulating vapor-liquid equilibrium device.The thermodynamic consistency of binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data was tested by Herington method.Using Wilson's NRTL and UNIQUAC as phase equilibrium models, the minimum variance method is used to correlate the binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the ternary system are calculated by the correlated three pairs of binary system model parameters, and compared with the experimental data.The results show that the relative deviation between the calculated value and the experimental value is 鈮,
