【摘要】：目的建立RP-HPLC法同時(shí)測(cè)定顛茄草Belladonnae Herba 5個(gè)部位(全草、根、莖、葉、果實(shí))中2種成分的含有量。方法顛茄草甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent TC-C18色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-磷酸鹽緩沖液為流動(dòng)相,等度洗脫;體積流量1.0 m L/min;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)216 nm;柱溫35℃。結(jié)果硫酸阿托品、氫溴酸東莨菪堿分別在51.60~1 290 mg/L(R2=0.999 9)、2.90~72.00 mg/L(R2=0.999 5)范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率分別為101.3%、101.5%,RSD分別為2.5%、1.3%。兩者含有量分別在根、葉中最高,均在莖中最低。結(jié)論顛茄草不同部位中硫酸阿托品、氫溴酸東莨菪堿含有量差異明顯。
