拉曼光譜在多組分定量分析中方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證的探討

【摘要】:拉曼光譜在中國藥典2010版第一次被收錄于"附錄XIX L拉曼光譜法指導(dǎo)原則"中,但該原則對拉曼多組分定量分析的方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證未作論述,對多組分復(fù)雜體系中采用拉曼數(shù)學(xué)模型定量分析時(shí)的方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證進(jìn)行獨(dú)創(chuàng)性的探索和研究,分別從儀器性能測試、線性、定量限、準(zhǔn)確度等方面進(jìn)行方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證研究;另外由于拉曼光譜定量數(shù)學(xué)模型樣品為復(fù)雜成分樣品,無須像傳統(tǒng)方法提供空白樣品和進(jìn)行破壞實(shí)驗(yàn)等專屬性實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。通過研究探討,提出了拉曼多組分定量分析的方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證內(nèi)容,為方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證的完善和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定提供了基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Raman spectroscopy was first included in the guidelines of XIX L Raman Spectrometry in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. However, this principle did not discuss the methodological verification of quantitative analysis of Raman multicomponent.Original exploration and research on the methodology verification of quantitative analysis by Raman mathematical model in multicomponent complex system are carried out respectively from the aspects of instrument performance test linearity quantitative limit accuracy and so on.In addition, because the sample of quantitative mathematical model of Raman spectrum is a sample of complex components, it is not necessary to provide blank samples as traditional methods and to carry out specific experiments such as destruction experiments.The content of methodology verification of Raman multicomponent quantitative analysis is put forward, which provides the basis and basis for the perfection of methodology verification and the formulation of standards.
