丁烷催化脫氫反應(yīng)性能及催化劑積炭研究

【摘要】:本文研究了在微型固定床反應(yīng)器中丁烷在Cr/Al_2O_3催化劑上脫氫制丁烯的反應(yīng)過程,主要內(nèi)容包括混合丁烷脫氫反應(yīng)性能研究、異丁烷脫氫宏觀動(dòng)力學(xué)研究、催化劑積炭影響因素的研究等三個(gè)部分。(1)混合丁烷脫氫制丁烯部分主要研究了反應(yīng)溫度、液時(shí)空速、原料組成對(duì)丁烷轉(zhuǎn)化率和丁烯選擇性的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,Cr/Al_2O_3催化劑對(duì)混合丁烷脫氫具有較高的催化活性;當(dāng)原料中正丁烷含量在100(4)(7)w)到40(4)(7)w)之間,反應(yīng)溫度為540℃,液時(shí)空速2.5 h~(-1)時(shí),混合丁烷的轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)30%以上,丁烯的選擇性達(dá)80(4)以上;當(dāng)原料中正丁烷含量低于40(4)(7)w),反應(yīng)溫度為540℃~560℃,液時(shí)空速為2.0h~(-1)~2.5 h~(-1)時(shí),混合丁烷的轉(zhuǎn)化率在33(4)~45(4),丁烯選擇性在90(4)以上。(2)異丁烷脫氫動(dòng)力學(xué)部分主要研究了通過改變催化劑裝填量排除外擴(kuò)散影響、改變催化劑粒徑排除內(nèi)擴(kuò)散影響。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),采用Matlab軟件計(jì)算得到異丁烷脫氫宏觀動(dòng)力學(xué)模型參數(shù):模型適用條件:反應(yīng)溫度500℃~600℃、壓力101.32 kPa~1013.2 kPa、原料液時(shí)空速1.5 h~(-1)~3.5 h~(-1)。(3)催化劑積炭影響因素的研究部分主要研究了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、原料中烯烴含量對(duì)催化劑積炭量和積炭類型的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,原料中烯烴含量(0~50%)對(duì)催化劑積炭影響較大,其次是反應(yīng)溫度(500℃~600℃),反應(yīng)時(shí)間(2~15h)對(duì)催化劑積炭影響相對(duì)較小;改變烯烴含量和反應(yīng)溫度,催化劑表面只生成軟質(zhì)炭,但隨著反應(yīng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)催化劑表面除了形成軟質(zhì)炭還出現(xiàn)了難以除去的硬質(zhì)碳;根據(jù)反應(yīng)前后Cr/Al_2O_3催化劑的電鏡表征,在異丁烷脫氫反應(yīng)后的催化劑沒有明顯的塊狀積炭,催化劑顆粒之間沒有堆積的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dehydrogenation of butane to butene over Cr/Al_2O_3 catalyst in a micro fixed bed reactor is studied. The main contents include the study on the dehydrogenation performance of mixed butane and the macroscopic kinetics of dehydrogenation of isobutane. Study on the influence factors of catalyst carbon deposition. (1) the dehydrogenation of butane to butene from mixed butane is mainly concerned with the reaction temperature, the time and space velocities of the liquid. Effects of feed composition on butane conversion and butene selectivity. The experimental results show that Cr- / Al _ 2O _ 3 catalyst has high catalytic activity for dehydrogenation of mixed butane. The conversion rate of mixed butane and the selectivity of butene were more than 30% and 80 ~ 4), respectively, when the content of n-butane in raw material was lower than 40 ~ (4) C, the reaction temperature was 540 鈩,
