鍺離子印跡聚合物微球吸附材料的雜化制備及表征

【摘要】:以8-羥基喹啉與四氯化鍺配合物為模板、丙烯酰胺為功能單體、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯為交聯(lián)劑、偶氮二異丁腈為引發(fā)劑、濃鹽酸為調(diào)整劑、氯仿為溶劑,采用雜化沉淀聚合法制備鍺離子印跡聚合物微球吸附材料,采用紅外光譜、掃面電鏡、比表面積及孔隙分析儀和熱重分析對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:印跡聚合物MIPs紅外光譜存在顯著的胺基、羧基和C—N伸縮振動(dòng)特征峰,無(wú)芳香族伸縮振動(dòng)特征峰出現(xiàn),掃描電鏡顯示其以納米級(jí)微球結(jié)構(gòu)存在、形狀相似的空腔結(jié)構(gòu),表明MIPs在洗脫過(guò)程中已將8-羥基喹啉與四氯化鍺配合物洗脫干凈。熱重分析表明,印跡聚合物MIPs較非印跡聚合物NIPs的熱穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),MIPs的起始分解溫度為354.28℃;吸附解吸實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,MIPs對(duì)鍺的吸附率為96.84%、解吸率為96.50%,MIPs對(duì)鍺的吸附容量為387.36 mg/g。
[Abstract]:The complex of 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium tetrachloride was used as template, acrylamide as functional monomer, glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent, azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator, concentrated hydrochloric acid as adjusting agent and chloroform as solvent. Germanium ion imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by hybrid precipitation polymerization. The specific surface area and pore size analyzer were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that there were significant amine groups, carboxyl groups and C-N stretching vibration peaks in MIPs spectra of imprinted polymers, and no aromatic stretching vibration characteristic peaks appeared. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed that the complex of 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium tetrachloride had been eluted by MIPs in the process of elution. The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the complex of 8-hydroxyquinoline and germanium tetrachloride had been eluted by SEM. The thermal stability of imprinted polymer MIPs is stronger than that of non-imprinted polymer NIPs at 354.28 鈩,
