基于木質(zhì)生物質(zhì)分級利用的組分優(yōu)先分離策略

【摘要】:木質(zhì)生物質(zhì)是地球上最豐富的一類生物質(zhì)資源,主要由碳水化合物高分子(纖維素、半纖維素)和芳族聚合物(木質(zhì)素)組成。木質(zhì)纖維組分的清潔高效分離,是實現(xiàn)多元化、高值化生物精煉的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文首先討論了基于分級利用的組分分離技術(shù)與基于制備纖維素乙醇的預(yù)處理技術(shù)的不同之處;其次,梳理歸納了五種木質(zhì)纖維組分優(yōu)先分級分離策略:纖維素優(yōu)先分離,木質(zhì)素優(yōu)先分離,半纖維素優(yōu)先分離,木質(zhì)素和半纖維素優(yōu)先分離以及纖維素和半纖維素優(yōu)先分離;再次,基于半纖維素優(yōu)先分離策略,對國內(nèi)相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用進行了評述;最后,對木質(zhì)生物質(zhì)組分分離技術(shù)的當(dāng)下定位和發(fā)展前景進行了總結(jié)與展望,以期對木質(zhì)生物質(zhì)的三大組分有較全面的價值觀念和利用思路,并對木質(zhì)生物質(zhì)精煉技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Wood biomass is one of the most abundant biomass resources on the earth, mainly composed of carbohydrate polymers (cellulose, hemicellulose) and aromatic polymers (lignin). In this paper, the differences between the separation technology based on fractionation and the pretreatment technology based on the preparation of cellulosic ethanol are discussed. Five classification strategies of lignocellulose components are summarized: cellulose first separation, lignin first separation, hemicellulose preferential separation, lignin and hemicellulose preferential separation and cellulose and hemicellulose preferential separation. Based on the strategy of preferential separation of hemicellulose, the related industrial applications in China are reviewed. Finally, the present positioning and development prospect of lignocellulosic component separation technology are summarized and prospected. It is expected that the three major components of woody biomass will have more comprehensive values and ideas of utilization, and provide reference and reference for the development of woody biomass refining technology.
