【摘要】：目的建立不同產(chǎn)地廣東紫珠Callicarpa kwangtungensis的HPLC指紋圖譜,用于廣東紫珠藥材質(zhì)量的評價。方法采用中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)(2004A版)對5省15批不同產(chǎn)地的廣東紫珠藥材的HPLC指紋圖譜進行相似度評價,并使用SPSS 19.0軟件進行聚類分析和主成分分析。結(jié)果選取了12個色譜峰作為指紋圖譜共有峰,15批樣品的相似度計算結(jié)果均大于0.900,說明各產(chǎn)地的藥材有較好的一致性;通過聚類分析可將15批樣品聚為4類;主成分分析用3個主成分對廣東紫珠藥材進行綜合評價,綜合得分結(jié)果顯示,湖南會同、廣西桂林、江西武寧、江西南昌、江西萍鄉(xiāng)、江西宜春的廣東紫珠藥材在所有樣品中的綜合得分位于前6名。結(jié)論本實驗建立的廣東紫珠質(zhì)量評價方法操作簡便,重復(fù)性好,結(jié)果可靠,可以用于廣東紫珠藥材的質(zhì)量控制和評價。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish HPLC fingerprint of Callicarpa kwangtungensis from different habitats. Methods the HPLC fingerprints of 15 groups of different producing areas in 5 provinces were evaluated by using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (2004A), which was used to evaluate the quality of purple pearl medicinal materials in Guangdong province. SPSS 19.0 software was used for cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results 12 chromatographic peaks were selected as the common peaks of the fingerprint. The results of similarity calculation of 15 samples were all greater than 0.900, which indicated that there was good consistency among the samples from different producing areas. Through cluster analysis, 15 batches of samples can be grouped into 4 groups, and three principal components were used to evaluate the medicinal materials of purple pearl in Guangdong province. The comprehensive score showed that Hunan, Guilin, Wuning, Nanchang, Pingxiang, Jiangxi, The comprehensive scores of all samples were in the top 6. Conclusion the quality evaluation method established in this experiment is simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be used for quality control and evaluation of purple pearl medicinal materials in Guangdong.
