【摘要】：目的采用微波消解-電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS)法建立清血八味片中Be、B、Na、Mg、Al、P、K、Ca、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Mo、Ag、Cd、Sn、Sb、Cs、Ba、Hg、Tl、Pb共32種無機(jī)元素的測定方法,建立清血八味片無機(jī)元素指紋譜并分析其特征元素。方法以硝酸加過氧化氫體系為消解試劑,樣品經(jīng)微波消解后,以~6Li、Sc、Y、Rh、In、Ho、Bi、Th元素為內(nèi)標(biāo)元素,采用ICP-MS法測定清血八味片中無機(jī)元素的量,繪制無機(jī)元素量分布曲線圖,并用SPSS 19.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行主成分分析(PCA)。結(jié)果測定的各元素線性關(guān)系良好,r≥0.999 5,各元素的檢測限在0.001～6.390μg/L,精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD均符合定量分析要求;加樣回收率為94.36%～105.47%,RSD 1.53%～4.56%。通過無機(jī)元素量分布曲線分析建立了清血八味片的無機(jī)元素指紋譜,不同批次的樣品均有相似的峰形,且不同無機(jī)元素量的多寡順序趨于一致。經(jīng)PCA篩選出清血八味片主要特征無機(jī)元素為Co、As、Ba、Ca、Sb、Ti、Ni、Fe、Cs、Se、P、Al、K。測定的樣品中檢測出Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu,5種重金屬元素的量均低于《中國藥典》2015年版的限度要求。結(jié)論該方法簡便、快速、準(zhǔn)確,適用于同時測定清血八味片中32種無機(jī)元素。通過對清血八味片無機(jī)元素的分析,可以為清血八味片的質(zhì)量控制、安全性評價(jià)及臨床使用提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of 32 inorganic elements in Qingxue Baywei tablets by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The fingerprint spectrum of inorganic elements in Qingxuebawei tablets was established and its characteristic elements were analyzed. Methods the sample was digested with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide system. The content of inorganic elements in Qingxue eight Wei tablets was determined by ICP-MS method, and the distribution curve of inorganic elements was plotted.
