含硅芳炔單體的流變性及聚合物熱分解

【摘要】:借助流變儀研究了苯基三苯乙炔基硅烷(PTPES)、乙烯基三苯乙炔基硅烷(VTPES)、二苯基二苯乙炔基硅烷(BPBPES)3種單體及其聚合物(TSAR)的流變性能,并利用熱分析技術(shù)分析了共聚物的反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué),建立了熱分解機(jī)理函數(shù)。流變分析表明,3種單體加工窗口超過(guò)150℃,具有良好的加工性能;熱重分析顯示,800℃時(shí)聚合物殘?zhí)柯试?0%左右;8種動(dòng)力學(xué)分析證實(shí),聚合物熱分解反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)n=4,反應(yīng)活化能E=131.2 k J/mol。
[Abstract]:By means of rheometer, the rheological properties of three monomers, phenyltriphenylacetylsilane, vinyltriphenylacetylsilane, diphenyl diphenylethynylsilane and its polymer TSAR, were studied, and the reaction kinetics of the copolymers was analyzed by means of thermal analysis.
