β-石竹烯-馬來酸酐共聚物的合成與表征

【摘要】:以β-石竹烯和馬來酸酐為原料,環(huán)己酮為溶劑,在過氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)的作用下,合成了β-石竹烯-馬來酸酐共聚物(BCPMA)。探討了反應(yīng)溫度,反應(yīng)時(shí)間,單體物質(zhì)的量比,溶劑用量以及引發(fā)劑用量對(duì)BCPMA產(chǎn)率的影響,并采用FTIR,1HNMR,GPC,元素分析對(duì)BCPMA的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,利用熱重分析(TG)測(cè)定了BCPMA的熱穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度145℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間1 h,n(馬來酸酐):n(β-石竹烯)=2∶1,m(環(huán)己酮):m(β-石竹烯)=2∶1,DTBP加入量為4.5%(以β-石竹烯質(zhì)量為基準(zhǔn),下同)時(shí),BCPMA的產(chǎn)率最高,為92.9%。該共聚物的起始分解溫度為370.6℃,具有較高的熱穩(wěn)定性能。
[Abstract]:Using 尾 -caryophyllene and maleic anhydride as raw materials and cyclohexanone as solvent, the copolymers of 尾 -caryophyllene and maleic anhydride were synthesized under the action of tert-#china_person0# and DTBP.The reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of monomers were discussed. The effect of solvent content and initiator dosage on the yield of BCPMA was studied. The structure of BCPMA was characterized by FTIR 1H NMRG, and the thermal stability of BCPMA was determined by thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the reaction temperature was 145 鈩,
