ICP-MS用于云南南部四種特色蜂蜜的植物源鑒別分析

【摘要】:采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS)技術(shù)結(jié)合化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)分析技術(shù)對(duì)采自云南南部的四種特色蜂蜜中的23種礦物元素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:ICP-MS技術(shù)測(cè)定蜂蜜中多種礦物元素含量的穩(wěn)定性、精確度較好,回收率較高;23種礦物元素中有21種元素(Na,Mg,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Mo,Cd,Sb,Ba,Tl,Pb)在不同蜂蜜品種間存在顯著差異;主成分分析結(jié)果顯示,前4個(gè)主成分的累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到77.74%,第一主成分中的Mg,Ca,Mn,Co,Sr,Cd,Ba七種元素包含大部分蜂蜜信息;通過逐步判別分析,Mg,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Sr,Pb共七種元素被篩選出來并用于建立判別函數(shù)模型,對(duì)所建模型進(jìn)行回代檢驗(yàn)和交叉檢驗(yàn),正確判別率分別為90%和86.7%,表明多元素指標(biāo)對(duì)云南南部四種特色蜂蜜植物源的判別效果較好。鑒于所采蜂蜜樣品都來自云南南部,氣候和土壤等環(huán)境條件類似,四種蜂蜜中礦質(zhì)元素的差異主要與對(duì)應(yīng)的蜜源植物有關(guān),因此,利用礦質(zhì)元素差異鑒別蜂蜜植物源具有可行性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 23 mineral elements in four kinds of special honey collected from southern Yunnan were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and chemometrics. The results show that the determination of many minerals in honey by the ICP-MS technique is based on the ICP-MS technique. Stability of element content, Among the 23 mineral elements with higher recovery rate, 21 elements (NaMg-Mg-KPb) were found to have significant differences among different honey varieties, and the results of principal component analysis showed that: (1) there were significant differences among different honey varieties. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first four principal components was 77.74. The seven elements of the first principal component, MgCa-Ca-MnCo-Co-Sr-CD-Na, contained most of honey information, and seven elements were screened out by stepwise discriminant analysis and used to establish a discriminant function model. The correct discriminant rates of the models were 90% and 86.7, respectively, which indicated that the multi-element indexes had better discriminant effect on the plant origin of four kinds of characteristic honey in southern Yunnan, whereas the honey samples were collected from the south of Yunnan Province, and all the samples were from the south of Yunnan Province, and the results showed that all the honey samples were collected from the south of Yunnan Province. The difference of mineral elements in the four kinds of honey is mainly related to the corresponding honey source plants, so it is feasible to identify the honey plant source by using the difference of mineral elements.
