【摘要】：目的建立RP-HPLC法同時測定復(fù)方苦木消炎片(穿心蓮和苦木)中5種成分的含有量。方法該藥物50%乙醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流動相乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B),梯度洗脫;體積流量1.0 m L/min;柱溫25℃;檢測波長254 nm(0~26 min,4-甲氧基-5-羥基鐵屎米酮)、225 nm(26~40 min,穿心蓮內(nèi)酯)、205 nm(40~55 min,新穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、去氧穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯)。結(jié)果4-甲氧基-5-羥基鐵屎米酮、穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、新穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、去氧穿心蓮內(nèi)酯、脫水穿心蓮內(nèi)酯分別在0.055~1.378、0.099~2.470、0.045~1.115、0.041~1.030、0.073~1.813μg范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率分別為98.6%、99.1%、97.1%、101.0%、97.8%,RSD(n=6)分別為1.3%、0.98%、1.3%、1.6%、1.7%。結(jié)論該方法簡便快捷,可用于復(fù)方苦木消炎片的質(zhì)量控制。
