渦旋輔助液液微萃取結(jié)合GC-MS法檢測(cè)67種白酒中四甲基吡嗪、4-甲基愈創(chuàng)木酚和4-乙基愈創(chuàng)木酚

【摘要】:采用渦旋輔助液液微萃取結(jié)合氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)法對(duì)67種白酒中四甲基吡嗪、4-甲基愈創(chuàng)木酚和4-乙基愈創(chuàng)木酚進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。酒樣經(jīng)二氯甲烷提取,渦旋輔助萃取1 min,6 000 r/min離心5 min,然后采用GC-MS進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,四甲基吡嗪、4-甲基愈創(chuàng)木酚和4-乙基愈創(chuàng)木酚分別在質(zhì)量濃度為0.5~2 500、1.0~2 500、1.0~2 500μg/L的范圍內(nèi)具有較好的線性關(guān)系(R20.99);檢出限分別為0.25、0.5、0.5μg/L;不同添加水平的平均回收率為80.1%~88.0%。對(duì)67種白酒含量分析表明,所有樣本都含有四甲基吡嗪,含量范圍為1.5~2 434.3μg/L;51種樣本中含有4-甲基愈創(chuàng)木酚,含量范圍為2.8~1 709.0μg/L;53種樣本中含有4-乙基愈創(chuàng)木酚,含量范圍為1.3~1 167.5μg/L。白酒釀造原料、工藝的差異可能是造成其健康因子含量不同的潛在因素。
[Abstract]:Tetramethylpyrazine 4-methylguaiacol and 4-ethyl guaiacol in 67 kinds of liquor were determined by vortex assisted liquid-liquid microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (chromatography-mass) GC-MS.The samples were extracted by dichloromethane. Vortex-assisted extraction was centrifuged for 5 mins with 1 min-6 000 r / min, and then analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that, Tetramethylpyrazine 4-methylguaiacol and 4-ethylguaiacol have a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5 ~ 2 500 ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) C ~ (2 500) C ~ (2 500) 渭 g / L, the detection limit is 0.25 渭 g / L, the detection limit is 0.25 渭 g / L, and the average recovery at different levels is 80.1% ~ 88.0 路L ~ (-1). 67 species of guaiacol have been tested for 67 species. The analysis of liquor content showed that, All the samples contained tetramethylpyrazine, the content range was 1.5 ~ 2443. 3 渭 g / L ~ (-1) 渭 g 路L ~ (-1) L ~ (-1). The difference in process may be a potential factor for different health factors.
