【摘要】:芳基膦酸酯和雜環(huán)膦酸酯類(lèi)化合物在藥物化學(xué)、有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥、P配體化學(xué)及材料化學(xué)、有機(jī)合成等方面有著舉足輕重的地位。近年來(lái),針對(duì)有機(jī)磷化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究開(kāi)展十分迅速。有機(jī)磷化合物在許多方面都顯示出它的重要性,漸漸的成為了一門(mén)獨(dú)立的化學(xué)分支。例如一些含氮的膦酸酯類(lèi)化合物在農(nóng)作物上有著很大的作用,已經(jīng)在除草劑,除菌劑上得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而,盡管有機(jī)膦酸酯類(lèi)化合物在許多方面的應(yīng)用逐年增加,但仍存在許多的缺陷,如制作成本昂貴,后處理困難并影響環(huán)境等。近幾年來(lái)針對(duì)通過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)高效,綠色環(huán)保的方法合成膦酸酯類(lèi)化合物,已經(jīng)吸引了科學(xué)家們的廣泛注意。所以,本課題組報(bào)道了多種合成雜環(huán)芳基膦酸酯的新穎方法。在I_2/air的反應(yīng)體系中首次高效的合成了苯并VA唑的雙膦酸酯化合物。以I_2作為促進(jìn)劑,苯并VA唑和亞磷酸三乙酯為底物,在乙腈溶劑中可綠色速高效的實(shí)現(xiàn)C=N雙鍵的加成構(gòu)建了C-P和N-P鍵,同時(shí)對(duì)阿布佐夫反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了一個(gè)延伸和拓展。I_2促進(jìn)苯并VA唑單膦酸酯化合物的合成。在當(dāng)量的I_2為促進(jìn)劑及過(guò)硫酸鉀為氧化劑的條件下,苯并VA唑衍生物與亞磷酸三乙酯在乙腈為溶劑的作用下實(shí)現(xiàn)了2位C_(sp2)-H鍵的功能化構(gòu)建了一個(gè)C-P鍵得到了苯并VA唑膦酸酯類(lèi)化合物。該反應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)是避免了使用過(guò)渡金屬,同時(shí)對(duì)大部分底物都能得到良好的產(chǎn)率。通過(guò)CuCl_2催化高選擇性的合成3位香豆素膦酸酯產(chǎn)物。以CuCl_2作為催化劑,K_2S_2O_8為氧化劑,亞磷酸三乙酯與香豆素衍生物為底物的體系,在乙腈中高效高選擇性的合成了3-膦酸酯香豆素的衍生物,該體系的適用性比較好,對(duì)大部分類(lèi)似的化合物都能達(dá)到預(yù)期的產(chǎn)率。
[Abstract]:Aryl phosphonic acid esters and heterocyclic phosphonate compounds in medicinal chemistry, organophosphorus pesticides, chemical materials and chemical P ligand, plays an important role in organic synthesis. In recent years, the research in the field of organic phosphorus chemistry is developing very rapidly. Organophosphorus compounds in many aspects shows its importance gradually. As an independent branch of Chemistry. For example, some nitrogen-containing phosphonate compounds has great effect on crops, has been in the herbicide, bactericide has been widely used. However, despite the use of organic phosphonic acid ester compounds in many areas has increased year by year, but there are still many defects, such as the production cost is expensive, postprocessing difficulties and the influence to the environment. In the last few years through economic efficient and green method synthesis of phosphonic acid ester compounds, has attracted a wide range of scientists note Italy. So, the research group reported a novel method for synthesis of a variety of heterocyclic aryl phosphonates. In the reaction system of I_2/air for the first time in the efficient synthesis of benzo bisphosphonate compounds with VA. Using I_2 as promoter, VA and benzo triazole three ethyl phosphite as substrates in acetonitrile solvent C=N double green efficient speed bonus to construct the C-P and N-P keys at the same time on the Abu Geoff reaction conducted an extension and expansion of.I_2 promote the synthesis of benzo VA oxazole single phosphonate compounds. The equivalent I_2 promoter and conditions of potassium persulfate as oxidant, benzo VA quinazoline derivatives and sub phosphoric acid ethyl ester three achieved in acetonitrile as solvent under the action of 2 C_ (SP2) function of -H key to build a C-P key VA benzo triazole phosphonate compounds are obtained. The reaction is to avoid the use of transition metal, while most of the substrate can be obtained Good yield. The catalytic synthesis of CuCl_2 with high selectivity of 3 coumarin phosphonate compounds. Using CuCl_2 as catalyst, K_2S_2O_8 as oxidant, three ethyl phosphite and coumarin derivatives as substrate in acetonitrile system, highly selective and efficient synthesis of 3- phosphonate coumarin derivatives, the applicability of the system well, the most similar compounds can achieve the desired yield.
