【摘要】：建立同時(shí)測(cè)定香精香料中14種常用揮發(fā)性有機(jī)溶劑殘留(二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、苯、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、甲苯、四氯乙烯、氯苯、乙苯、間二甲苯、對(duì)二甲苯、鄰二甲苯、異丙苯)的靜態(tài)頂空-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜分析方法。研究平衡溫度和平衡時(shí)間等頂空條件,并對(duì)色譜參數(shù)和質(zhì)譜條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。樣品經(jīng)80℃頂空溫度提取30 min后,采用HP-1毛細(xì)管色譜柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)分離,選擇離子模式掃描測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:14種揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物在0.5~50μg/L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)均大于0.998,平均加標(biāo)回收率在71.7%~101.0%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差在1.71%~9.29%之間,方法檢出限在1.0~10.0 ng/g之間。
