【摘要】:以油泥為原料,采用ZnCl_2活化法制備吸附劑,吸附處理水中的油類(lèi)物質(zhì)。研究了制備油泥吸附劑過(guò)程中活化劑ZnCl_2溶液濃度、固液體積比、活化溫度、活化時(shí)間對(duì)吸附劑性能的影響,并對(duì)吸附劑比表面積和孔隙分布進(jìn)行了分析。確定了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性最佳的制備條件為ZnCl_2溶液濃度5.0 mol·L~(-1),固液體積比1∶1.5,活化時(shí)間2.0 h,活化溫度450℃,吸附劑BET比表面積為316.088 2 m~2·g~(-1),對(duì)水中油類(lèi)污染物質(zhì)去除率為94.61%。
[Abstract]:The ZnCl_2 activation method was used to prepare adsorbents from oil sludge to adsorb and treat oil in water. The concentration of activator ZnCl_2 solution, the ratio of solid to liquid volume, activation temperature were studied. The effects of activation time on the properties of the adsorbent were analyzed.
