漿法和糊化法制備的醚化陽離子淀粉絮凝性能比較

【摘要】:使用漿法和糊化法制備了兩種醚化陽離子淀粉St-GTA-1和St-GTA-2,比較了這兩種產(chǎn)物的絮凝性能,用IR和SEM對產(chǎn)物結構和形貌進行了表征。結果表明,使用糊化法制備的St-GTA-2的絮凝性能遠優(yōu)于沒有經(jīng)過糊化的St-GTA-1。St-GTA-2的取代度為0.544,而St-GTA-1的取代度僅為0.257。使用正交實驗和單因素實驗對St-GTA-2的合成條件進行了篩選,結果表明,St-GTA-2的最佳合成條件為,淀粉用量10g,m(NaOH)=0.8g,n(CTA)=0.04mol,反應溫度70℃,反應時間7h。在此條件下,St-GTA-2的取代度可達0.636,特性黏度為0.836dL/g。應用于2%的高嶺土溶液中,加藥量為10 mg·L~(-1)時,濁度可降至39.47NTU。
[Abstract]:Two etherified cationic starch St-GTA-1 and St-GTA-2 were prepared by sizing and gelatinization. The flocculation properties of the two products were compared. The structure and morphology of the two products were characterized by IR and SEM. The flocculation property of St-GTA-2 prepared by gelatinization is much better than that of St-GTA-1.St-GTA-2 without gelatinization (0.544), while the degree of substitution of St-GTA-1 (0.257) is only 0.257.The synthetic conditions of St-GTA-2 were screened by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment.
