【摘要】:樹枝狀大分子(Dendrimer)是20世紀(jì)80年代蓬勃發(fā)展起來的一類經(jīng)有序組裝構(gòu)建的高度支化、結(jié)構(gòu)可控和單分散度的新型納米高分子。它們高度支化的結(jié)構(gòu)、獨(dú)特的單分散性及球形外形為這類化合物帶來一系列不同尋常的性質(zhì)和功能。例如:較大分子量、內(nèi)部具有廣闊空間、外圍(或稱表面)呈現(xiàn)極高密度官能團(tuán)等特點(diǎn)。目前對(duì)外圍(或稱表面)呈現(xiàn)極高密度官能團(tuán)的功能化的研究越來越受到重視,尤其在生物醫(yī)學(xué)、材料化學(xué)的應(yīng)用。本次實(shí)驗(yàn)中成功的合成出以3,5-二氨基苯甲酸為氨基酸基本單元的樹狀分子,并且對(duì)合成條件和過程進(jìn)行了探索和優(yōu)化、樹狀分子的溶液性質(zhì)的研究以及自組裝行為的探索等方面來全面研究該樹狀分子的性質(zhì)。經(jīng)過對(duì)合成條件的探索,成功找到中間體化合物的最佳合成條件是:n1:n2=1:2.5,反應(yīng)溫度為25℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間20h,縮合試劑為EDCI與HOBT的組合;該樹狀分子具有較好的低臨界溶液溫度性質(zhì)(LCST),化合物親疏水性質(zhì)以及分子間非共價(jià)鍵作用對(duì)LCST性質(zhì)具有相關(guān);該樹狀分子在20%水和80%的二氯甲烷混合溶劑中,可以形成自組裝體;同時(shí)該樹狀分子可以形成凝膠并且具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性,其最小化凝膠溶劑濃度為1.56%。
[Abstract]:Dendrimeris, a dendritic macromolecule, is a kind of highly branched structure constructed by ordered assembly, which flourished in 1980s.
