【摘要】：目的:對(duì)窄葉鮮卑花果穗的揮發(fā)油成分進(jìn)行研究。方法:采用水蒸氣回流法提取窄葉鮮卑花果穗揮發(fā)油,通過氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GS-MS)技術(shù)對(duì)其揮發(fā)油中化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分析鑒定,并用峰面積歸一化法確定各化學(xué)成分的相對(duì)百分含量。結(jié)果:從窄葉鮮卑花果穗中分離鑒定得到50種化合物,占揮發(fā)油總量的99.32%,主要成分為:鄰苯二甲酸二異辛酯(17.42%)、二十酸乙酯(9.08%)、葉綠醇(6.29%)、山崳酸乙酯(6.21%)、正三十四烷(5.15%)、植酮(4.69%)、正二十三烷(4.14%)、二十五烷(3.85%)、亞麻酸乙酯(3.76%)、棕櫚酸(3.73%)、抗壞血酸二棕櫚酸酯(2.59%)、亞油酸乙酯(2.53%)等。結(jié)論:窄葉鮮卑花果穗揮發(fā)油種類較多,以酯類物質(zhì)和烷烴類為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the constituents of the volatile oil from the panicle of Xianbei flower with narrow leaf. Methods: the volatile oil was extracted from the ear of Xianbei flower with narrow leaf by the method of water vapor reflux. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentage content of each chemical component was determined by the method of peak area normalization. Results: 50 compounds were isolated and identified from the panicle of Flos Xianbei with narrow leaves, accounting for 99.32% of the total volatile oil. The main components are: diisooctyl phthalate 17.42, 20 ethyl ester 9.08, green alcohol 6.29, ethyl ferrate 6.21). 34 alkanes 5.15%, phytosterone 4.69, 23 alkanes 4.14, 25 alkanes 3.85, ethyl linolenic acid 3.76). Palmitic acid 3.73m, ascorbic acid dipalmitate 2.59m, ethyl linoleate 2.53. conclusion: there are many kinds of essential oil in the panicle of Flos pinellifolia. Mainly esters and alkanes.
