【摘要】:為了能夠利用液晶可變相位延遲器(LCVR,liquid crystal variable retarder)對(duì)光波的相位延遲進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量,提出一種基于Stokes參量測(cè)量光強(qiáng)法和最小二乘法的LCVR對(duì)光波相位延遲的精確定標(biāo)方法。從理論分析光波經(jīng)LCVR后影響相位延遲變化的因素,采用基于Stokes參量測(cè)量的光強(qiáng)法分別對(duì)波長為405、532、632和641nm入射光相位延遲隨電壓的變化進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證歸一化后的相位延遲變化只與驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓有關(guān);基于最小二乘法對(duì)不同波長的初始相位延遲量進(jìn)行定標(biāo)研究,導(dǎo)出不同波長入射光經(jīng)LCVR后初始相位延遲量定標(biāo)方程,用671nm波長的激光對(duì)定標(biāo)方程進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,經(jīng)定標(biāo)方程求解的671nm波長的初始相位延遲量與實(shí)際值偏差為1.4nm,且任一驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓下,相位延遲量的實(shí)際測(cè)量值與公式定標(biāo)計(jì)算值最大相對(duì)誤差為0.18%。最后,通過與其他定標(biāo)方法的比較,進(jìn)一步說明采用本文方法定標(biāo)的精確性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the phase delay of light wave accurately, the liquid crystal variable phase delay device LCVRliquid crystal variable retarder can be used. An accurate calibration method of optical wave phase delay by LCVR based on Stokes parameter measurement method and least square method is proposed. The factors influencing the phase delay of light wave after LCVR are analyzed theoretically. The light intensity method based on Stokes parameter measurement is used to measure the phase delay of incident light at wavelength of 405,532,632 nm and 641 nm respectively. The results show that the normalized phase delay is only related to the driving voltage. Based on the least square method, the initial phase delay of different wavelength is calibrated, and the initial phase delay calibration equation of different wavelength incident light after LCVR is derived. The calibration equation is verified by using the laser at 671nm wavelength. The initial phase delay of 671nm wavelength is 1.4 nm and the deviation between the initial phase delay and the actual value is 1.4 nm under any driving voltage. The maximum relative error between the actual measured value of phase delay and the calculated value of formula calibration is 0.18. Finally, by comparing with other calibration methods, the accuracy and reliability of calibration using this method are further explained.
