厭氧顆粒污泥對水中17β-雌二醇的吸附

【摘要】:采用厭氧顆粒污泥(AnGS)對17β-雌二醇(E2)進行吸附試驗,考察了E2初始濃度、AnGS的用量、溫度、pH值和離子強度對吸附過程的影響,并通過掃描電鏡(SEM)分析了吸附前后AnGS的表觀變化。結果表明:前20 min為快速吸附過程,在30 min左右達到動態(tài)吸附平衡;吸附容量隨著E2初始濃度的增加而增大,但隨AnGS的增多而減少。低溫、低pH值條件有利于AnGS對E2的吸附;離子強度在0~0.025 mol/L時有利于吸附,而在0.025~0.125 mol/L時不利于吸附。吸附E2后AnGS的外表面和內部的孔隙均變小,且外表面結構比內部更加緊密,表明對E2的吸附主要發(fā)生在AnGS的外表面。
[Abstract]:The adsorption of 17 尾-estradiol (E _ 2) by anaerobic granular sludge (AnGS) was studied. The effects of initial concentration of E _ 2, dosage of AnGS, temperature, pH value and ionic strength on the adsorption process were investigated. The apparent changes of AnGS before and after adsorption were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the first 20 min is a rapid adsorption process, and the dynamic adsorption equilibrium is reached at about 30 min, and the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of the initial concentration of E2, but decreases with the increase of AnGS. At low temperature and low pH value, it is beneficial to the adsorption of E2 by AnGS, the ion strength is beneficial to adsorption when the ionic strength is 0 鈮,
