大閱兵期間北京市大氣質(zhì)量改善效果評(píng)估
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the impact of pollutant emission reduction measures on air quality in Beijing during the commemoration of Anti-Japanese War, the air pollutant concentration data from August 1, 2015 to September 18, 2015, and the monitoring data for the same period in 2014 were compared and analyzed. The results showed that during the emission reduction period (Aug. 20, 2015 to Sept. 3, 2015), the average concentration of SO_2,NO_2 and CO in Beijing was 17.05 渭 g / m ~ (3) 渭 g / m ~ (-1) 2.35 渭 g / m ~ (3) 渭 g / m ~ (3) and 0.56 mg / m ~ (3) g/m~3, respectively. The pollutants decreased by 71.26% and 37.78%, respectively. In the later stage of emission reduction, the atmospheric pollutants rebounded and increased with the cancellation of emission reduction measures. Compared with the same period in 2014, the concentration of pollutants in the emission reduction period decreased by 73.59% and 56.64%, respectively, and the effect of air quality improvement was remarkable. The diurnal variation of pollutant concentration is similar to that of the same period in 2014, showing the characteristics of the activity day during the same period of emission reduction in the same period of 2014. In spatial distribution, the concentration of pollutants in each station was much lower than that in the same period of 2014, in which PM_ (2.5) decreased greatly and the spatial difference was small, and the spatial difference of SO_2 was the most obvious. PM_ (2.5) of different sites decreased by between 68.91 and 77.63 percent, SO_2 between 7.43 and 74.75 percent, NO_2 between 34.60 and 72.28 percent, and CO between 24.98 and 63.73 percent. During the emission reduction period, the concentrations of PM_ (2.5), SO_2,NO_2 and CO in Beijing were 24.660.81.00% and 36.3636% lower than the average of the surrounding cities, respectively, which also reflected the obvious effect of the emission reduction measures.
