【摘要】：基于空間面板結(jié)構向量自回歸模型,本文分析了環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟圈產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構、大氣污染以及經(jīng)濟增長之間的互動關系,發(fā)現(xiàn)大氣污染推動了本省以及鄰近省份的經(jīng)濟增長,而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構高級化對其經(jīng)濟增長未起到顯著促進作用;經(jīng)濟增長、大氣污染會推動本省以及鄰近省份的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構高級化;無論是短期還是長期,經(jīng)濟增長是加劇大氣污染的重要因素;從長期來看,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構高級化能促進本省和鄰近省份的大氣污染減排,但在短期仍會加劇其大氣污染;經(jīng)濟增長、大氣污染存在顯著的溢出效應,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構高級化表現(xiàn)為"負效應"。
[Abstract]:Based on the spatial panel structure vector autoregressive model, this paper analyzes the interaction among the industrial structure, air pollution and economic growth in the Bohai Economic Circle. It is found that the air pollution promotes the economic growth of the province and its neighboring provinces. However, the advanced industrial structure has not played a significant role in promoting its economic growth. Economic growth, air pollution will promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of the province and neighboring provinces, whether in the short term or in the long term, economic growth is an important factor to aggravate air pollution. In the long run, the advanced industrial structure can promote the emission reduction of air pollution in our province and neighboring provinces, but it will still aggravate the air pollution in the short term. There are significant spillover effects in economic growth and air pollution, and the higher industrial structure shows "negative effect".
