鄞州電網(wǎng)節(jié)能減排空間分析與關(guān)鍵措施研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)的變革,社會對供配電效率和電能質(zhì)量的要求越來越高,電力企業(yè)所承受的節(jié)能減排壓力也越來越大。盡管國內(nèi)供電企業(yè)對電網(wǎng)節(jié)能減排開展了大量研究工作,但普遍集中在節(jié)能減排的途徑、措施、效益、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及分析指標(biāo)體系上,對節(jié)能減排的實(shí)際情況一般采用事后評估的方法,對于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)節(jié)能減排關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)缺少進(jìn)行事先的識別與考核,節(jié)能減排空間有待量化。本文以鄞州電網(wǎng)為研究對象,首先建立了新建項(xiàng)目、改造項(xiàng)目和新技術(shù)對線損率影響的關(guān)系模型,用以定量評估各類措施對線損率造成的影響;其次,在對鄞州現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)能耗分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出了影響鄞州電網(wǎng)能耗的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),分析了現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)節(jié)能減排的空間;接著以鄞州規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ),在宏觀定性分析規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)對現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)能耗薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的解決情況下,運(yùn)用電網(wǎng)定量評估綜合模型預(yù)測出各電壓層級的線損率,最終預(yù)測出規(guī)劃年電網(wǎng)的綜合線損率,換算成年度節(jié)約電量,實(shí)現(xiàn)對節(jié)能減排關(guān)鍵措施節(jié)能效果的定量評估,得出規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)的節(jié)能減排空間;最后,對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)內(nèi)部各環(huán)節(jié)節(jié)能減排措施進(jìn)行全面研究及總結(jié),在結(jié)合邊界條件設(shè)定相應(yīng)的節(jié)能目標(biāo)值的基礎(chǔ)上,比較分析并指出電網(wǎng)自身節(jié)能是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的關(guān)鍵措施,同時(shí)對鄞州電網(wǎng)提出相關(guān)節(jié)能減排措施策略,從而指導(dǎo)各項(xiàng)管理工作,促進(jìn)管理水平的提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the change of industry, the demand of power supply and distribution efficiency and power quality is higher and higher, and the pressure of energy saving and emission reduction is increasing. Although domestic power supply enterprises have carried out a lot of research work on energy saving and emission reduction of power grid, they generally focus on the ways, measures, benefits, risks and analysis index system of energy saving and emission reduction. To the actual situation of energy saving and emission reduction, the method of ex post evaluation is generally adopted, and the key indexes of energy saving and emission reduction of power grid enterprises are lack of prior identification and assessment, and the space of energy saving and emission reduction needs to be quantified. In this paper, Yinzhou Power Grid is taken as the research object. Firstly, the relationship model of new project, reconstruction project and new technology on line loss rate is established to quantitatively evaluate the effect of various measures on line loss rate. Secondly, On the basis of energy consumption analysis of Yinzhou current power grid, the weakness of Yinzhou power grid energy consumption is found, and the space of energy saving and emission reduction is analyzed. Under the condition of solving the weak link of energy consumption in the current power grid through macroscopic qualitative analysis and planning, the line loss rate of each voltage level is predicted by using the comprehensive model of power grid quantitative evaluation, and finally the comprehensive line loss rate of the planned annual power network is forecasted. Conversion of power saving adult degree to achieve quantitative evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction key measures to achieve the planning of energy saving and emission reduction space. Finally, the energy saving measures in various links of power grid enterprises are studied and summarized in an all-round way. On the basis of setting the corresponding energy saving target value according to the boundary conditions, this paper compares and points out that the energy saving of power grid itself is the key measure of energy saving and emission reduction of power grid enterprises. At the same time, it puts forward the relevant energy saving and emission reduction measures for Yinzhou Power Grid. In order to guide the management work, promote the improvement of management level.
