污泥連續(xù)式微波熱解制備生物氣

【摘要】:采用升溫迅速的微波能作為熱源,利用自主設(shè)計微波設(shè)備對含水率為82%(m/m)的濕污泥進行高溫?zé)峤鈱嶒。采用單因素實驗?探究熱解終溫、停留時間、活性炭添加量對污泥熱解生物氣組分和含量的影響規(guī)律,確定連續(xù)式運行的最佳工況條件:熱解終溫900℃,停留時間50 min,活性炭添加比例為30%,熱解功率1 600 W;在此基礎(chǔ)上進行連續(xù)12h微波高溫?zé)峤鈱嶒?共熱解污泥56 kg,產(chǎn)生生物氣32.26 kg,熱解油10.98 kg,固體殘渣12.66 kg,產(chǎn)氣轉(zhuǎn)化率高達57.8%,生物氣組分H_2+CO含量高達67%,熱解產(chǎn)物具有良好的工業(yè)利用價值。污泥熱解生物氣中H2S濃度超標10倍以上,而NH_3濃度未超標,硫化氫的去除技術(shù)研究值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:The high temperature pyrolysis experiment of wet sludge with moisture content of 82% (m / m) was carried out by using microwave energy with rapid heating as heat source. The effects of final pyrolysis temperature, residence time and the amount of activated carbon on the composition and content of biogas in sludge pyrolysis were investigated by single factor experiment.
