納米腐殖酸基離子交換復合樹脂動態(tài)吸附-脫附冶金鎳鎘廢水

【摘要】:系統(tǒng)研究了納米腐殖酸基離子交換復合樹脂在多離子共存體系中對Ni~(2+)/Cd~(2+)的選擇吸附性能。以此為基礎,通過多柱串聯(lián)、飽和吸附、洗脫液套用方法完成了對Ni~(2+)、Cd~(2+)冶金廢水資源化治理研究,用掃描電鏡(SEM)、紅外光譜儀(FTIR)、熱重分析儀(TG-DTA)、X射線光電子能譜儀(XPS)及N2吸附-脫附分析儀(BET)等物理手段對復合樹脂的微觀形貌、化學結(jié)構(gòu)、耐熱性、元素組分變化及孔徑分布進行表征。研究結(jié)果表明:納米腐殖酸基復合樹脂對Ni~(2+)、Cd~(2+)離子具有吸附速度快[0.55~1.50 mg·(g·min)-1]、交換容量高(Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)共存體系中對Ni~(2+)、Cd~(2+)吸附容量分別為139 mg·g~(-1)和148 mg·g-1)、選擇性能好等優(yōu)點,回收溶液中鎳和鎘離子濃度和純度高(分別為45.15 g·L~(-1)和39.17g·L~(-1),且CNi(Ⅱ)/Ctotal=0.989,CCd(Ⅱ)/Ctotal=0.994);吸附-洗脫200次后,其物理、化學結(jié)構(gòu)性能穩(wěn)定;斷面形貌變化不明顯,交換容量基本不變,可重復使用;比表面積、平均孔徑及孔容分別為1189.85 m2·g~(-1)、30.2 nm和0.96 cm3·g~(-1),熱穩(wěn)定性能好;氮含量從16%降至12%、氧含量由26.49%升至29.96%,交換容量由5.38mmol·g-1升至6.06 mmol·g-1。
[Abstract]:The selective adsorption properties of nano-humic acid-based ion-exchange composite resin for Ni~ (2) / CD ~ (2) were systematically studied in a multi-ion coexistence system. On the basis of this, the treatment of Ni~ (2) CD ~ (2) metallurgical wastewater was studied by means of multi-column series, saturated adsorption and eluent application. The microstructure, chemical structure and heat resistance of composite resin were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM),) infrared spectrometer (SEM), (FTIR), thermogravimetric analyzer (TG-DTA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and N2 adsorption-desorption analyzer (BET). The change of element composition and pore size distribution were characterized. The results show that the nano-humic acid based composite resin has the advantages of fast adsorption rate [0.55 ~ 1.50 mg (g min) ~ (-1)], high exchange capacity (Ca~ (2) -Mg2) adsorption capacity of Ni~ (2) CD ~ (2) (139 mg g ~ (-1) and 148 mg g ~ (-1) for Ni~ (2) O ~ (2) CD ~ (2), and good selectivity.
