松果活性炭對(duì)有機(jī)染料的吸附

【摘要】:以松果為原料,利用ZnCl2活化法和FeCl3改性劑進(jìn)行活性炭的制備和改性,測(cè)定了松果活性炭的比表面積,并研究其對(duì)甲基橙染料的吸附性能。結(jié)果表明:改性后的松果活性炭比表面積達(dá)到681 m2·g~(-1),并以中孔為主,有利于大分子有機(jī)染料的吸附;當(dāng)松果活性炭的投加量為0.3 g·L~(-1)、吸附30 min、甲基橙初始濃度100 mg·L~(-1)、pH=7以及25℃溫度條件下,吸附效果最佳,甲基橙去除率高達(dá)99.41%;Langmuir模型比Freundlich模型能更好地描述甲基橙染料的吸附行為,說(shuō)明吸附以表面單層覆蓋為主;吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合Lagergren準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,R2大于0.999?蔀樗晒拈_發(fā)利用和制備低成本、高吸附性的吸附劑提供參考。
[Abstract]:The activated carbon was prepared and modified by ZnCl2 activation method and FeCl3 modifier with pine cone as raw material. The specific surface area of pine cone activated carbon was measured and its adsorption property for methyl orange dyes was studied. The results showed that the surface area of modified pine cone activated carbon was 681 m ~ (2) g ~ (-1) and mesoporous, which was favorable for the adsorption of macromolecular organic dyes.
