手性污染物六溴環(huán)十二烷在食物鏈傳遞中的選擇性及生物放大作用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:六溴環(huán)十二烷(HBCDs)是一種全球生產(chǎn)的添加型溴化阻燃劑,被廣泛應(yīng)用于隔熱建筑材料阻燃劑、室內(nèi)裝潢、紡織品和電子產(chǎn)品中,不僅對生態(tài)環(huán)境造成污染,而且還會通過食物鏈的傳遞危害人類健康。研究生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中HBCDs異構(gòu)體及對映體的環(huán)境行為與生物放大作用是進(jìn)行環(huán)境風(fēng)險評估和有效控制污染的生態(tài)學(xué)基礎(chǔ);诖,本文從HBCDs的基本特性出發(fā),闡述了HBCDs異構(gòu)體及對映體在食物鏈中的選擇性生物富集放大及轉(zhuǎn)化行為,分析了發(fā)生選擇性富集及轉(zhuǎn)化的影響因素,這些因素包括生物體的生活環(huán)境、飲食習(xí)慣、所處食物鏈中營養(yǎng)級水平以及HBCDs選擇性吸收、代謝和異構(gòu)化等。已有的研究報道顯示HBCDs異構(gòu)體及對映體在生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的富集、轉(zhuǎn)化及生物放大行為不是單一的過程,是生物體和環(huán)境多因素綜合的結(jié)果。今后應(yīng)對HBCDs異構(gòu)體及對映體在各種食物鏈(如淡水食物鏈和陸生食物鏈)中的選擇性環(huán)境行為以及在食物鏈傳遞中發(fā)生選擇性的主控因素等方面進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的研究,為全面評價其生態(tài)風(fēng)險提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDs) is a kind of additive brominated flame retardant, which is widely used in thermal insulation building materials, interior decoration, textiles and electronic products. And it also harms human health through the transmission of the food chain. The study of the environmental behavior and biomagnification of HBCDs isomers and enantiomers is the ecological basis for environmental risk assessment and effective pollution control. Based on this, the behavior of selective bioconcentration and transformation of HBCDs isomers and enantiomers in the food chain was discussed, and the influencing factors of selective enrichment and transformation of HBCDs isomers and enantiomers in food chain were analyzed. These factors include living environment, eating habits, nutritional level in the food chain and HBCDs selective absorption, metabolism and isomerization. It has been reported that the enrichment, transformation and biomagnification of HBCDs isomers and enantiomers in the ecosystem are not a single process, but are the result of multiple factors of organism and environment. In the future, the selective environmental behavior of HBCDs isomers and enantiomers in various food chains, such as freshwater and terrestrial food chains, as well as the main controlling factors of selectivity in food chain transmission, should be studied systematically and in depth. To provide scientific basis for comprehensive evaluation of ecological risk.
