不同孔徑的陰離子交換樹脂對(duì)芳香磺酸的吸附性能研究

【摘要】:芳香族磺酸類化合物作為一類應(yīng)用十分廣泛的化工產(chǎn)品,在其生產(chǎn)和使用過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的有機(jī)廢水。這類廢水排放量大、濃度高、難處理,對(duì)環(huán)境的污染十分嚴(yán)重,其處理及回收技術(shù)受到廣泛關(guān)注。本研究通過改變交聯(lián)度和致孔劑含量合成不同孔結(jié)構(gòu)的四種弱堿陰離子交換樹脂QL-6-1、QL-6-2、QL-15、QL-30。通過QL-6-1、QL-6-2、QL-15、QL-30和商品化樹脂D301對(duì)水溶液中2-萘磺酸和茜素綠的單組份靜態(tài)吸附試驗(yàn),研究了樹脂對(duì)這兩種芳香族磺酸化合物的吸附行為,并討論了pH值、溫度、Na2S04含量等因素對(duì)樹脂吸附的影響,通過動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了孔結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)吸附速率的影響,并研究了樹脂對(duì)2-萘磺酸-茜素綠復(fù)合體系的動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)吸附及脫附行為。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,樹脂吸附2-萘磺酸的和茜素綠的最佳pH區(qū)間均為1-2。Freundlich模型能夠較好的擬合樹脂對(duì)2-萘磺酸的吸附行為,樹脂對(duì)水溶液中2-萘磺酸的吸附容量大小順序?yàn)椋篞L-6-1QL-6-2D301QL-15QL-30; Langmuir模型能夠較好的擬合樹脂對(duì)茜素綠的吸附,樹脂對(duì)茜素綠吸附的擬合Qm順序?yàn)椋篋301QL-15QL-30QL-6-1QL-6-2;吸附為自發(fā)的放熱過程;大量Na2SO4的存在會(huì)抑制樹脂對(duì)2-萘磺酸的吸附,與D301相比,QL-6-1、QL-15和QL-30均具有更優(yōu)越的抗鹽性;準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型能夠較好地?cái)M合芳香磺酸在樹脂上的吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),擬合的k2值的大小順序?yàn)椋篞L-30QL-15QL-6-2QL-6-l,吸附過程為顆粒擴(kuò)散控制:QL-6-1和QL-30對(duì)2-萘磺酸-茜素綠的復(fù)合體系動(dòng)態(tài)吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)中,QL-30對(duì)較大分子尺寸的茜素綠有較高選擇性;QL-6-1和QL-30對(duì)2-萘磺酸和茜素綠均能實(shí)現(xiàn)有效脫附,采用分步脫附的方法可以很好地進(jìn)行樹脂的脫附再生以及污染物的分類回收。
[Abstract]:As a kind of widely used chemical products, aromatic sulfonic acid compounds will produce a large amount of organic wastewater during their production and use. This kind of wastewater has the characteristics of large discharge, high concentration, difficult to treat, serious pollution to the environment, and its treatment and recovery technology has been paid more and more attention. In this study, four weak base anion exchange resins QL-6-1, QL-6-2 and QL-15 QL-30 with different pore structures were synthesized by changing the crosslinking degree and the content of pore-causing agent. The static adsorption of 2-naphthalene sulfonic acid (2-naphthalene sulfonic acid) and alizarin green (alizarin green) in aqueous solution by QL-6-1QL-15QL-30 and commercial resin D301 was studied. The adsorption behavior of the resin to these two aromatic sulfonic acids was studied, and the pH value was discussed. The effect of temperature and Na _ 2S _ 04 content on the adsorption rate of the resin was studied by kinetic experiments. The dynamic competitive adsorption and desorption of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid-alizarin green composite system were also studied. The results showed that the optimal pH range of adsorption of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid and alizarin green by resin was both 1-2.Freundlich model and the adsorption behavior of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid on resin was well fitted. The adsorption capacity of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid in aqueous solution was in the order of: QL-6-1QL-6-2D301QL-15QL-301QL-301QL-301QL-301QL-301.The adsorption of alizarin green was fitted by Langmuir model, and the Qm sequence of resin adsorption for alizarin green was: D301QL-15QL-30QL-6-2and the adsorption was spontaneous exothermic process. The presence of a large amount of Na2SO4 can inhibit the adsorption of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, and the QL-6-1 QL-15 and QL-30 have better salt resistance than D301, and the quasi-second-order kinetic model can better fit the adsorption kinetic data of aromatic sulfonic acid on the resin. The order of K _ 2 fit is: 1: QL-30QL-15QL-6-2QL-6-l.The adsorption process is particle diffusion control and QL-30 has high selectivity for alizarin green with larger molecular size in the dynamic adsorption experiment of 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid-alizarin green composite system. QL-6-1 and QL-30 can effectively desorb 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid and alizarin green. The method of stepwise desorption can be used for resin desorption regeneration and separation and recovery of pollutants.
