中國(guó)城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境交互耦合測(cè)度研究

【摘要】:城市化系統(tǒng)與生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成要素,二者之間有較復(fù)雜的交互作用關(guān)系。在全面把握城市化內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,引入"PSR"模型構(gòu)建城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境耦合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過構(gòu)建耦合測(cè)度模型,對(duì)中國(guó)30個(gè)地區(qū)城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境的耦合值進(jìn)行量化測(cè)度,分析我國(guó)2004~2013年各地區(qū)城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境耦合情況及時(shí)序特征。研究結(jié)果表明我國(guó)生態(tài)環(huán)境受城市化影響顯著,呈現(xiàn)"S"型波動(dòng)特征,模型結(jié)果顯示我國(guó)城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境耦合協(xié)調(diào)類型為基本協(xié)調(diào),處于拮抗階段向磨合階段過渡期,我國(guó)暫時(shí)未實(shí)現(xiàn)高水平協(xié)調(diào),說明我國(guó)城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境二者仍有較大的提升空間,需要加強(qiáng)環(huán)保治理投資,促進(jìn)二者向高水平協(xié)調(diào)方向演進(jìn),充分發(fā)揮城市化與生態(tài)環(huán)境良性融合作用。
[Abstract]:Urbanization system and ecological environment system are important elements of urban economic development, and there is a complex interaction relationship between them. On the basis of grasping the connotation of urbanization, this paper introduces "PSR" model to construct the index system of urbanization and eco-environment coupling evaluation, and quantifies the coupling value of urbanization and ecological environment in 30 regions of China by constructing coupling measure model. The coupling of urbanization and ecological environment in China from 2004 to 2013 and its temporal characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the ecological environment in China is significantly affected by urbanization, showing the "S" type of fluctuation. The results of the model show that the coupling and coordination type of urbanization and ecological environment in China is basically coordinated, and it is in the transition period from antagonistic stage to running-in stage. The fact that our country has not realized high-level coordination for the time being shows that there is still great room for improvement between urbanization and ecological environment in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen investment in environmental protection governance and promote the evolution of the two towards a high level of coordination. Give full play to the role of urbanization and the benign integration of the ecological environment.
