均相催化濕式空氣氧化連續(xù)處理高含鹽高濃度有機廢水

【摘要】:環(huán)境問題越來越被重視,高含鹽高濃度有機廢水的處理是工業(yè)上攻關(guān)難點之一。首先,本文采用催化濕式空氣氧化方法降解相應(yīng)的模擬廢水:(1).考察固定床反應(yīng)器運行的穩(wěn)定性和處理效率時,在溫度280℃、系統(tǒng)壓力為10MPa、液體流量1 Oml/min,氣體流量140L/h時處理單組份(正丁醇)廢水和多組分(正丁醇-鄰氯苯酚)廢水,COD轉(zhuǎn)化率分別為90%和95%。(2).篩選降解多組分模擬廢水的均相催化劑,通過成本和催化活性的綜合考慮,固定床反應(yīng)器采用的均相催化劑為Cu2+-Fe2+,陽離子質(zhì)量比為1:1。(3).其最佳工藝條件如下:催化劑陽離子總濃度為50mg/L、溫度為200℃、壓力為3MPa、液體流量為1 Oml/min,氣體流量為130L/h。在最佳反應(yīng)條件下,廢水COD值轉(zhuǎn)化率為89.12%,鄰氯苯酚轉(zhuǎn)化率接近100%。(4).首次考察不同含鹽量對催化濕式空氣氧化效率的影響,鹽濃度范圍為1~5%,COD轉(zhuǎn)化率變化在5%以內(nèi),結(jié)果表明此方法是可以用來處理高含鹽有機廢水的。其次,本文研究了模擬廢水在固定床反應(yīng)器內(nèi)降解的動力學(xué)過程,在空氣過量的情況下,建立了反應(yīng)的一級動力學(xué)模型,獲得了不同溫度下有機廢水COD值的變化方程,推導(dǎo)出相應(yīng)的表觀反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)k*,表觀活化能為19.52lKJ/mol表觀指前因子1nA為1.664。最后,根據(jù)之前處理高含鹽有機廢水的效果,本文對真實高含鹽脂肪族酰肌氨酸鈉廢水進行了處理。根據(jù)廢水的相關(guān)性質(zhì),先采用自制絮凝劑靜置沉降廢水中的固定懸浮物,再將廢水進入催化濕式空氣氧化裝置進行優(yōu)化處理。廢水COD值得到進一步降解,設(shè)備出口的廢水COD值為1160mg/L,在均相催化劑回收后,與其他非含鹽可生化廢水調(diào)配后進入耗氧型生化池處理。
