草漿原料的濕法除氯和鉀元素試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了解決草漿黑液在流化床中燃燒時(shí)易燒結(jié)的問(wèn)題,采用濕法預(yù)處理的方式來(lái)減少黑液中氯和鉀元素的含量。分別選擇25~100℃的去離子水以及25℃的0.25mol/L的氫氧化鈉和檸檬酸溶液來(lái)對(duì)稻稈和麥稈進(jìn)行浸泡試驗(yàn),使用液-質(zhì)聯(lián)用色譜儀(LC-MS)以及原子發(fā)射光譜儀(ICP-OES)對(duì)浸泡液中氯和鉀離子的濃度進(jìn)行測(cè)量,并通過(guò)掃描電鏡得到在不同條件下浸泡后的稻稈和麥稈的表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu),得出了浸泡時(shí)間、浸泡溫度以及酸和堿對(duì)生物質(zhì)中氯和鉀元素浸出的影響。結(jié)果表明:浸泡溫度的增加能夠破壞生物質(zhì)細(xì)胞壁,從而促進(jìn)稻稈和麥稈中氯和鉀元素的浸出。0.25 mol/L的氫氧化鈉溶液幾乎不會(huì)影響稻稈和麥稈中氯和鉀元素的浸出。0.25 mol/L的檸檬酸溶液會(huì)抑制麥稈中氯離子的浸出,對(duì)稻稈中氯離子的浸出則幾乎沒(méi)有影響。此外,0.25 mol/L的檸檬酸溶液還能有效地提高稻稈和麥稈中鉀元素的浸出率。水浸法除氯和鉀元素的效果很好,在100℃下浸泡3 h后,氯和鉀元素的浸出率分別超過(guò)95.18%和85.12%。
