【摘要】:大氣可吸入顆粒物是目前空氣質(zhì)量的重要評價指標之一,也是環(huán)境污染的重要參考依據(jù)。而鉛元素具有毒性,可致癌、致畸性、致突變等,乙基鉛曾經(jīng)作為汽油的抗爆劑而被廣泛使用,因此廣泛被人所關(guān)注,可吸入顆粒物中的鉛含量可以反映大氣的重金屬污染情況。本文采用PM2.5切割器,使用石英纖維濾膜,采集了一個月的樣品,使用石墨爐-原子吸收光譜儀,分析了其中的鉛含量。在0-40μg/L溶液濃度范圍內(nèi),線性良好,線性回歸系數(shù)達到0.9998,且檢出限0.2μg/L,滿足大氣可吸入顆粒物中鉛含量的測定需求。
[Abstract]:Atmospheric respirable particulate matter is one of the important evaluation indexes of air quality at present, and it is also an important reference basis for environmental pollution. Lead is toxic, carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic, and so on. Ethyl lead has been widely used as an antiknock agent for gasoline, so it has been widely concerned. Lead content in inhalable particulates can reflect heavy metal pollution in the atmosphere. In this paper, PM2.5 cutter and quartz fiber filter membrane were used to collect samples for one month. The lead content was analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer. In the range of 0-40 渭 g / L solution concentration, the linearity is good, the linear regression coefficient is 0.9998, and the detection limit is 0.2 渭 g / L, which meets the requirement for the determination of lead content in atmospheric respirable particulates.
