【摘要】:水土流失是陸源徑流污染和面源污染的重要因素,低影響開發(fā)(LID)對減輕新建城區(qū)水污染至關(guān)重要。在規(guī)劃前采取模型預(yù)景可提升水土流失污染的治理效果。以長沙市某新城片區(qū)為例,基于水土流失污染防治探討低影響開發(fā)決策。首先,基于IDRISI模塊利用修正的通用土壤流失方程(RUSLE)對基地現(xiàn)狀進行模擬,得出平均土壤侵蝕模數(shù)、土壤侵蝕分級和水系沉積物負荷,并診斷現(xiàn)狀水土流失污染的重點區(qū)位,引導(dǎo)LID設(shè)施布局;對LID規(guī)劃方案進行模擬,通過規(guī)劃前后指標的變化揭示該方案對水土流失污染防治的實效。結(jié)論:規(guī)劃將使平均土壤侵蝕模數(shù)降低37.84%,侵蝕等級達極強和劇烈的比例分別下降72.04%和85.85%,西北片流域和東南片流域的沉積物總量分別下降32.72%和30.10%。
[Abstract]:Soil erosion is an important factor of land runoff pollution and non-point source pollution. Low impact development of LIDs is very important to reduce water pollution in newly built urban areas. Adopting model preview before planning can improve the effect of soil and water loss pollution control. Taking a new town in Changsha as an example, the low impact development decision was discussed based on soil erosion pollution prevention and control. First of all, based on IDRISI module, the current situation of the base is simulated by using the modified universal soil loss equation (RUSL), and the average soil erosion modulus, soil erosion classification and sediment load of water system are obtained, and the key location of current soil erosion pollution is diagnosed. To guide the layout of lid facilities, simulate the plan of lid planning, and reveal the effectiveness of the scheme in the prevention and control of soil erosion pollution through the change of indexes before and after planning. Conclusion: the planning will reduce the average soil erosion modulus by 37.84%, decrease the proportion of erosion grade to extremely strong and violent by 72.04% and 85.85%, and decrease the total sediment content of Northwest and Southeast watershed by 32.72% and 30.10%, respectively.
