基于PLC的污水處理控制系統(tǒng)與水質(zhì)PH值的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,環(huán)境保護(hù)顯得日益重要。在環(huán)境生態(tài)平衡中水資源作為一個(gè)相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵的因素,直接影響著生態(tài)循環(huán)。保護(hù)水資源有著多種措施,其中污水處理是最有效,最直接的方式。傳統(tǒng)的污水處理主要依靠手動(dòng)操作與人工經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)進(jìn)行控制,這種方式存在很多缺點(diǎn),如工作效率低,信息分散,實(shí)時(shí)反饋差,,效果不理想等。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我們利用計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行污水處理是非常必要的。這樣不僅可以提高污水處理效率,而且更加安全環(huán)保,還能節(jié)省資源。 本文以陜西岐山污水處理廠為原型介紹一套PLC污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。該廠原本有一套傳統(tǒng)的污水處理設(shè)備,主要依靠人工手動(dòng)操作完成,污水處理效率低下,安全隱患多。所以我們要改進(jìn)原有的污水處理系統(tǒng),建立起一套現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手動(dòng)控制,遠(yuǎn)程計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)控制以及PLC自動(dòng)控制的三種方式結(jié)合的現(xiàn)代化污水處理控制系統(tǒng)。本文分三部分介紹該系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,功能應(yīng)用。第一,基于污水處理廠的工藝原理我們介紹了污水處理自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)選用的PLC控制基站,對(duì)其進(jìn)行軟硬件的設(shè)計(jì);第二,介紹了計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì),利用組態(tài)王對(duì)污水處理工藝流程各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的參數(shù),過(guò)程進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)設(shè)計(jì);第三,利用經(jīng)典的PID控制方法以及模糊控制(灰色預(yù)測(cè)模型)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)水質(zhì)PH值的調(diào)整,并針對(duì)水質(zhì)PH值的復(fù)雜性特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了一種去干擾效果好的滑膜控制器,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了污水處理二次回收利用的目的。本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了RS-485總線來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的上下位通訊。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, environmental protection is becoming increasingly important.In the environmental ecological balance, water resources, as a key factor, directly affect the ecological cycle.There are many measures to protect water resources, among which sewage treatment is the most effective and direct way.The traditional sewage treatment mainly relies on manual operation and manual experience to control, which has many disadvantages, such as low working efficiency, information dispersion, poor real-time feedback, unsatisfactory effect and so on.With the development of science and technology, it is very necessary to use computer automatic control system for sewage treatment.This can not only improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, but also more safe and environmental protection, but also save resources.This paper introduces a set of PLC sewage treatment automatic control system based on Shaanxi Qishan sewage treatment Plant.This plant originally has a set of traditional sewage treatment equipment, mainly rely on manual operation to complete, sewage treatment efficiency is low, safety hidden danger is many.So we should improve the original sewage treatment system and establish a modern sewage treatment control system which combines manual control remote computer monitoring system control and PLC automatic control.This paper introduces the structure and application of the system in three parts.First, based on the process principle of sewage treatment plant, we introduce the PLC control base station, which is selected for the sewage treatment automatic control system, and design the software and hardware of the system. Second, we introduce the software design of the computer monitoring system.Using Kingview to dynamically design the parameters and process of each link of sewage treatment process. Thirdly, using classical PID control method and fuzzy control (grey prediction model) to realize the adjustment of PH value of water quality.According to the complexity of PH value of water quality, a kind of synovial controller with good decontamination effect is designed, and the purpose of secondary recovery and utilization of sewage treatment is finally realized.This design uses RS-485 bus to realize the communication between upper and lower system.
