【摘要】：優(yōu)化"三生空間"的結(jié)構(gòu)和格局之所以成為完善社會主義生態(tài)文明空間布局的核心任務(wù),是由人類社會發(fā)展基本規(guī)律以及生態(tài)文明空間布局的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài)決定的。其中,生活空間是人類進行吃穿住用行以及從事日常交往活動的空間存在形式,是延續(xù)和培育勞動者的主體場域;生態(tài)空間是自然基礎(chǔ)存在的基本形式之一,主要界定了人類活動的地形地貌、活動區(qū)域、地理位置等場域內(nèi)容,是維持勞動主體生命活動的棲居之地,同時,也為生產(chǎn)空間、生活空間提供生態(tài)前提,是任何社會生產(chǎn)活動順利運轉(zhuǎn)的先決條件。而生產(chǎn)什么,如何生產(chǎn)的空間場域和空間結(jié)果,即構(gòu)成生產(chǎn)空間。生產(chǎn)空間是勞動活動的空間存在形式。受自然和歷史條件局限,在人類社會發(fā)展的不同階段,生產(chǎn)空間、生活空間、生態(tài)空間的地位和作用是不平衡的。只有堅持經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益與生態(tài)效益相統(tǒng)一以及集中性與平衡性相統(tǒng)一的原則,才能克服資本主義社會以及傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式的弊端,促進"三生空間"的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Optimizing the structure and pattern of "three living spaces" has become the core task of perfecting the spatial layout of socialist ecological civilization. It is determined by the basic law of human social development and the realistic state of the space layout of ecological civilization. Among them, living space is the form of space existence of human beings for food, clothing, housing and transportation, as well as for daily communication activities. It is the main field of continuing and cultivating laborer; Ecological space is one of the basic forms of the existence of natural foundation. It mainly defines the terrain, geomorphology, active region and geographical location of human activities. It is also the habitat to maintain the life activities of labor subjects. Also for the production space, living space to provide the ecological premise, is any social production activities smooth operation prerequisite. And what to produce, how to produce the space field and spatial results. That is to say, the production space is the existence form of the space of labor activity. Limited by the natural and historical conditions, the production space and the living space are in different stages of the development of human society. The status and function of ecological space are unbalanced. Only the principles of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, centralization and balance are adhered to. Only in order to overcome the disadvantages of capitalist society and traditional development mode, promote the harmonious development of "three living spaces".
