脫硫煙囪用GFRP與鈦板耐硫酸腐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:以犧牲環(huán)境為代價換取經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已被越來越多人認(rèn)為難以持續(xù),我國以煤為主的能源結(jié)構(gòu)決定了我國屬于典型的煤煙型大氣污染,對燃煤電廠加裝煙氣凈化設(shè)備能夠有效降低多種主要大氣污染物的排放。我國燃煤電廠主要以石灰石-石膏脫硫工藝為主,其技術(shù)特點(diǎn)決定了脫硫煙囪的腐蝕極為嚴(yán)重。玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)樹脂基復(fù)合材料(GFRP,Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics)和鈦鋼復(fù)合板是近年應(yīng)用較為廣泛的脫硫煙囪內(nèi)筒材料,對其耐腐蝕性能進(jìn)行研究具有很大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。結(jié)合工程實(shí)際和文獻(xiàn)記載,本文在分析了解濕法脫硫?qū)焽柙斐筛g的基本原理和特點(diǎn)以后,認(rèn)為煙氣冷凝液中的主要成分——硫酸是其具備強(qiáng)腐蝕性的重要因素,繼而將硫酸溶液的濃度和溫度作為影響兩種材料耐腐蝕性能的研究方向,通過外觀形貌變化、質(zhì)量變化和力學(xué)性能變化評價兩種材料在不同濃度(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)1%、5%、10%、15%)不同溫度(50℃、60℃、70℃、80℃)下的耐腐蝕性能。為探究兩種材料在真實(shí)環(huán)境下的腐蝕行為,本文同時配置了模擬煙氣冷凝液作為腐蝕介質(zhì)以評價其在實(shí)際工況下的使用性能。接頭是煙囪中的力學(xué)薄弱點(diǎn),其異于筒體的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和制作方式?jīng)Q定了其耐腐蝕性能具有差異性,因此,本文將接頭的耐腐蝕性能作為研究重點(diǎn)之一。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在低濃度(1%)硫酸中,GFRP和鈦板試樣的性能皆能保持穩(wěn)定,隨著硫酸濃度增加,兩者的性能都發(fā)生了衰減,其中,鈦板試樣的性能衰減更為明顯;溫度升高對兩種試樣耐腐蝕性能的影響都較為顯著,在10%硫酸中,70℃下、60天以后和80℃下、45天以后,鈦板甚至發(fā)生了完全腐蝕溶解;在50℃模擬煙氣冷凝液中,GFRP和鈦板試樣的性能衰減較為微弱,試驗(yàn)周期內(nèi)質(zhì)量變化較小,強(qiáng)度保留率超過97%;手糊GFRP接頭的耐腐蝕性能與纏繞成型基材具有很大的一致性,而鈦板焊接接頭的耐腐蝕性能明顯弱于鈦板基材,在50℃、10%硫酸溶液中,60天以后即失效,且焊接高溫對焊縫附近基材的影響巨大。綜合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,本文認(rèn)為玻璃鋼與鈦板皆能滿足脫硫煙囪正常工況下的使用要求,為獲得最佳的使用效果,應(yīng)結(jié)合煙囪特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行差別化選擇;但考慮到局部冷凝液濃度升高的影響及接頭的可靠性,GFRP要優(yōu)于鈦板。
[Abstract]:Economic development at the expense of the environment has been regarded as unsustainable by more and more people. The coal-based energy structure determines that China belongs to the typical coal-type air pollution. The installation of flue gas purification equipment in coal-fired power plants can effectively reduce the emission of many major atmospheric pollutants. In China, limestone gypsum desulfurization technology is the main technology in coal-fired power plants. The corrosion of desulfurization chimney is very serious due to its technical characteristics. GFRP / glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite. Glass Fiber Reinforced plastic) and titanium steel composite plate are widely used in recent years. It is of great practical significance to study its corrosion resistance. Combined with engineering practice and literature records, this paper analyzes the basic principles and characteristics of wet desulfurization on the corrosion of chimney. It is considered that sulfuric acid, the main component of flue gas condensate, is an important factor of its strong corrosion, and then the concentration and temperature of sulfuric acid solution are taken as the research direction to influence the corrosion resistance of the two materials.
