【摘要】:隨著我國新的空氣質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和大氣污染物排放物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的施行,對(duì)二氧化硫和氮氧化物的排放提出了更加嚴(yán)格的要求。雖然近年來我國對(duì)大氣污染的治理取得了一定的效果,污染物排放總量逐年下降,但二氧化硫及氮氧化物的控制仍是大氣污染控制的一個(gè)重要課題。次氯酸鈣又稱漂白粉,是一種來源廣泛、性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、具有強(qiáng)氧化性的吸收劑。多用于水消毒和廢水處理,而鮮見于煙氣治理。本研究在閱讀了大量的脫硫脫硝文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外脫硫脫硝技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以次氯酸鈣溶液為吸收劑,對(duì)SO_2和NO_x進(jìn)行濕法脫除。論文通過傳質(zhì)機(jī)理對(duì)次氯酸鈣溶液同時(shí)脫硫脫硝進(jìn)行了傳質(zhì)分析,通過熱力學(xué)計(jì)算論證了其脫硫脫硝的可行性,通過反應(yīng)過程的化學(xué)方程分析確定了脫硫脫硝過程的反應(yīng)機(jī)理。同時(shí),通過大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)探究了次氯酸鈣溶液脫硫脫硝規(guī)律:首先,次氯酸鈣溶液脫硫脫硝的預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明次氯酸鈣溶液能夠?qū)⒍趸蛲耆コ?而對(duì)氮氧化物的去除效果不佳。通過對(duì)不同反應(yīng)條件對(duì)次氯酸鈣溶液脫硝的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,確定次氯酸鈣溶液脫硝的最佳反應(yīng)條件為:煙氣流量為400 m L·min-1,有效液面高度為80cm,Ca(ClO)_2溶液濃度為0.1wt%,反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,初始pH為12,煙氣含氧量為8%,NO入口濃度為800 mg·m~(-3),SO_2濃度為2000 mg·m~(-3);其次,添加劑對(duì)脫硝效率的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明KMnO4的添加能較大程度地促進(jìn)次氯酸鈣溶液的脫硝效率。添加劑存在時(shí),在最佳反應(yīng)條件下使用次氯酸鈣溶液進(jìn)行同時(shí)脫硫脫硝的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明其脫硫效率為100%,脫硝效率達(dá)85%;最后,離子色譜法對(duì)同時(shí)脫硫脫硝后的產(chǎn)物分析表明次氯酸鈣溶液脫硫脫硝的主要產(chǎn)物為SO_4~(2-)和NO_3~-。次氯酸鈣溶液同時(shí)脫硫脫硝經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析說明次氯酸鈣溶液脫硫脫硝具有應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of new air quality standards and emission standards of air pollutants in China. More stringent requirements have been put forward for the emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. Although the control of air pollution in China has achieved certain results in recent years, the total amount of pollutant emissions has decreased year by year. However, the control of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is still an important subject of air pollution control. Calcium hypochlorite, also known as bleach powder, is a kind of widely source and stable nature. Absorbents with strong oxidizing properties are mostly used in water disinfection and wastewater treatment, but rarely in flue gas treatment. In this study, a large number of desulfurization and denitrification documents have been read, and the status quo of desulfurization and denitrification technology at home and abroad has been summarized. Using calcium hypochlorite solution as absorbent, wet removal of SO_2 and NO_x was carried out. Mass transfer analysis of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of calcium hypochlorite solution was carried out through mass transfer mechanism. The feasibility of desulphurization and denitrification is demonstrated by thermodynamic calculation. The reaction mechanism of desulphurization and denitrification is determined by chemical equation analysis of the reaction process. Through a large number of experiments to explore the desulphurization and denitrification of calcium hypochlorite solution: first, the pre-experiment of calcium hypochlorite solution desulphurization and denitrification shows that calcium hypochlorite solution can completely remove sulfur dioxide. But the removal effect of nitrogen oxide is not good. Through the different reaction conditions of calcium hypochlorite solution denitrification experimental study. The optimum reaction conditions for denitrification of calcium hypochlorite solution were determined as follows: flue gas flow was 400ml 路min-1, and the effective liquid level was 80cm.
