【摘要】:2007年,甘肅省成州鋅業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱:成州鋅業(yè))在每年原有5萬t生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)上,投資4.4億資金再每年新增5萬t電鋅生產(chǎn)能力,技改擴(kuò)建后,鋅冶煉廠每年生產(chǎn)能力總規(guī)模達(dá)到10萬t鋅錠、硫酸18萬t。由于項(xiàng)目建設(shè)所在地水源不豐富,成州鋅業(yè)是用水大戶,必須節(jié)約用水,生產(chǎn)廢水實(shí)現(xiàn)“零”排放。鉛鋅廢水通過深度處理回用后,可節(jié)約大量寶貴的地下水資源,減少對(duì)成縣南河水體的污染,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)鋅冶煉廢水的再生利用。分三段工藝處理鉛鋅廢水:一段石灰石中和處理污酸。二段硫化處理;主要去除一段pH值2~3的污酸廢水中的砷、汞重金屬。三段石灰-鐵鹽法-微濾-鈉濾-工業(yè)反滲透處理污水。一段處理來自硫酸凈化工藝,通過石灰石中和,出水pH值控制在2~3。二段處理接自污酸處理工序,二段一級(jí)反應(yīng)pH值不大于5,去除重金屬砷,二段二級(jí)反應(yīng)pH值不大于9,去除重金屬汞,pH值在二段三級(jí)反應(yīng)過程中不大于12,沉淀。三段處理把污酸處理后液、冶煉洗滌廢水、初期雨水及沖洗地坪等產(chǎn)生的污水進(jìn)行處理,通過中和-氧化-微濾-納濾-反滲透工藝,投加絮凝劑,出水pH值控制在8~9,去除鉛、鋅等重金屬,污水回用。該項(xiàng)目在2010年3月開工建設(shè)。年產(chǎn)10萬噸鋅錠的冶煉技改擴(kuò)建工程完成后,每年總用水量是2755.8×104m3,其中新鮮水用量為31.082×104m3/a、循環(huán)水用量為2619.309×104m3/a,廢水排放量為104.9×104m3/a。工程投入生產(chǎn)后,根據(jù)不同水質(zhì)要求,處理后回用水用于全廠各生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),每天減少污水排放量3178.13m3,廢水循環(huán)利用率達(dá)到95%以上,減少懸浮物7.60t/a、化學(xué)需氧量9.72t/a、氟0.05t/a、鋅0.12t/a、鉛0.03t/a、鎘0.01t/a、銅0.01t/a、砷0.001t/a的排放。成州鋅業(yè)鉛鋅廢水循環(huán)利用工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施可為成州鋅業(yè)每年節(jié)約新水用量達(dá)104.9萬m3(按一年330天計(jì)),減少重金屬廢水對(duì)地表水的污染。

Lead zinc wastewater reuse through the depth of treatment, can save a lot of valuable groundwater resources, reduce water pollution of Nanhe County, can realize the recycling of zinc smelting wastewater process is divided into three sections. Treatment of wastewater: a lead-zinc limestone neutralization treatment of waste acid. Two vulcanization treatment; a pH value mainly to remove acidic wastewater in 2~3 arsenic, mercury. Three stage lime ferric salt - sodium - microfiltration reverse osmosis filter industry Through a period of treatment. Treatment of wastewater from sulfate purification process, through limestone neutralization, effluent pH value control treatment received from the waste acid treatment process in the two 2~3., two first-order reaction pH value not greater than 5, the removal of heavy metal arsenic, two two grade reaction pH value not greater than 9, the removal of Hg, pH value in the three stage reaction process two is not greater than 12. The three section of precipitation treatment of waste acid solution after washing wastewater, smelting, and initial rainwater from the floor washing wastewater by neutralization, oxidation and microfiltration of nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process, adding flocculant, the effluent pH value control in 8~9 the removal of lead, zinc and other heavy metals wastewater reuse. The project started construction in March 2010. The annual output of 100 thousand tons of zinc smelting technological expansion project is completed, the total annual water consumption is 2755.8 * 104m3, the amount of fresh water is 31.082 * 104m3/a, the circulating water amount is 2619.309 * 104m3/a, wastewater The volume is 104.9 * 104m3/a. project put into production, according to different quality requirements, after the treatment of reclaimed water for plant production system, a day to reduce the sewage emissions 3178.13m3, wastewater recycling rate reached more than 95%, reduce the suspended solids 7.60t/a, chemical oxygen demand 9.72t/a, fluoride 0.05t/a, zinc 0.12t/a, Pb 0.03t/a, CD 0.01t/a, copper 0.01t/a arsenic, the emissions of 0.001t/a. The implementation of the project, into recycling wastewater for zinc zinc Chenzhou zincind annual savings of fresh water consumption of up to 1 million 49 thousand M3 (according to the year 330 days), to reduce the pollution of surface water heavy metal wastewater.
