【摘要】:我國是生豬生產(chǎn)和消費大國,近幾年來,生豬生產(chǎn)場的數(shù)量和生產(chǎn)規(guī)模都有了顯著地增長。由于上個世紀(jì)60年代以后,大型生豬養(yǎng)殖場為了節(jié)約人力、實現(xiàn)機械化和高效率,采用水力清除豬糞尿已成為目前各大生豬生產(chǎn)企業(yè)豬糞尿清除的主要工藝。因此,將生豬生產(chǎn)的糞污經(jīng)過化糞池厭氧消化處理后,進行土地處理(包括農(nóng)用耕地和非農(nóng)業(yè)用地)成為國際上公認(rèn)的最經(jīng)濟和行之有效的糞污處理方式。由于厭氧消化具有減小體積、消耗能量低、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點,因此,在高有機濃度廢水處理中被普遍應(yīng)用。但生物降解速率慢,一般厭氧消化20-30d,VS的去除率為30%-40%。為了提高水解速率,改善厭氧消化性能、提高處理效率,加速厭氧消化的穩(wěn)定化和污泥減量化,本研究采用糞污處理的新技術(shù),設(shè)計如下:先利用乳酸菌去對糞污中的有害生物進行預(yù)處理,然后向已經(jīng)過預(yù)處理的糞污中投加功能菌液,研究是以吉林省長嶺縣中糧集團家嘉康生豬養(yǎng)殖場的水清糞污為研究對象,對通過利用微生物接種強化技術(shù),并對糞污預(yù)處理反應(yīng)器和糞污厭氧消化反應(yīng)器的啟動溫度及處理效果進行了初步研究。主要得出如下結(jié)論:1、規(guī);B(yǎng)豬場的水清糞水,可以作為多種微生物的營養(yǎng)基質(zhì)。經(jīng)過高壓蒸汽滅菌滅菌后,在25℃培養(yǎng)條件下,培養(yǎng)5天,乳桿菌Lactobacillus sp.2001的最大數(shù)量可達6.7×107cfu/ml。供試的假單胞菌在第6天每毫升培養(yǎng)液就能達到上億個細胞,培養(yǎng)的芽孢桿菌在第7天每毫升培養(yǎng)液就也能達到上億個細胞;2、乳桿菌對大腸桿菌及腸道菌群生長的生長具有較好的抑制作用,30天大腸桿菌及腸道菌群的去除率分別達到45.24%和49.21%。3、在裝液量1950mL,每天投入糞污50mL的條件下,預(yù)處理和厭氧消化反應(yīng)器可穩(wěn)定運行。反應(yīng)器的pH值沒有發(fā)生較大變化,反應(yīng)器中以細菌為主要區(qū)系,強化的假單胞、乳桿菌和芽孢桿菌仍為優(yōu)勢菌群,大腸桿菌得到基本去除。4、糞污厭氧消化反應(yīng)器對TS、VS表現(xiàn)出較好地的去除效果,在25℃,30天TS的去除率為55.8%較對照常規(guī)處理19.2%高36.6%;VS的去除率為52.7%較對照常規(guī)處理18.32%高34.38%。5、糞污厭氧消化反應(yīng)器對COD、水溶性磷、NH+4-N同樣表現(xiàn)出較好地的去除效果。在25℃,30天,COD去除率為59.5%,NH+4-N濃度為265.2mg/L,厭氧消化液水溶性磷的去除率為19.2%。
[Abstract]:China is a large country in pig production and consumption. In recent years, the number and scale of pig farms have increased significantly. Since -40s, large pig farms in order to save manpower. To realize mechanization and high efficiency, hydraulic removal of pig feces and urine has become the main process of pig manure removal in various pig production enterprises. Therefore, the feces produced by live pigs are treated by anaerobic digestion of septic tanks. Land treatment (including agricultural land and non-agricultural land) is recognized as the most economical and effective treatment of manure. Anaerobic digestion has reduced volume and low energy consumption. Therefore, it is widely used in the treatment of high organic concentration wastewater, but the biodegradation rate is slow and the anaerobic digestion is 20-30 days. The removal rate of vs is 30-40. In order to improve the hydrolysis rate, improve the anaerobic digestion performance, improve the treatment efficiency, accelerate the stabilization of anaerobic digestion and sludge reduction. In this study, a new technology of manure treatment was adopted. The design was as follows: first, lactic acid bacteria were used to pretreat the pest in the feces, and then functional bacteria solution was added to the feces that had been pretreated. The study is based on the study of water and feces pollution from Jiakang pig farm in Changling County, Jilin Province. The microorganism inoculation was used to strengthen the technology. The start-up temperature and treatment effect of the pretreatment reactor and anaerobic digestion reactor were studied. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.
