【摘要】:本文主要從各方面對南極長城站附近水域的沉積物樣品進行了分析研究,分別是沉積物提取液的溶解有機碳(DOC)、沉積物的碳含量、有色溶解有機物(CDOM)的吸光度和熒光光譜及沉積物的含砂率,主要研究區(qū)域包括南設得蘭群島附近海域及菲爾德斯半島附近湖泊兩個水體。通過對各個參數(shù)的分析研究,了解南極南設得蘭群島海域及菲爾德斯半島上CDOM的分布特征,及對其來源進行分析。南設得蘭群島附近海域沉積物提取液的DOC含量變化范圍為8.34-37.17 mg/L,沉積物TC與TOC的含量變化范圍為分別為0.21-0.87%、0.21-0.81%,均呈現(xiàn)近岸向開闊海域遞減的趨勢;光譜斜率比SR近岸高于開闊海域,表明近岸CDOM老化程度較強;各沉積物CDOM提取液的EEMs光譜大體顯示出主要由新近的水生生物降解產(chǎn)生的類色氨酸R物質(zhì)、分別反映的是海洋UV類腐殖質(zhì)A和陸源類Vis腐殖質(zhì)C這3個熒光特征峰,P4站位因為距離陸地(喬治王島)較近,除了顯示出R和A兩個熒光特征峰之外,還清晰的顯示出了C特征峰;P4和P2表現(xiàn)出較高的腐殖質(zhì)特性,生物源指數(shù)范圍是0.5-0.91,熒光指數(shù)十分接近,變化范圍1.77-2.00,表明這些站位中CDOM來源以內(nèi)源為主,受陸生植物和土壤有機質(zhì)的外源輸入影響較小。菲爾德斯半島附近湖泊沉積物提取液中DOC含量的變化范圍為5.40-53.22 mg/L,沉積物中TC含量變化范圍為0.96-8.45%,TOC變化范圍為0.17-8.24%,均比海在沉積物含量多;光譜斜率比SR的值LW1LW3LW5LW4LW2,表明LW1站位老化程度較高;熒光強度LW5LW2LW1LW3LW4,與海洋沉積物相比,多了一個類色氨酸T熒光特征峰,類蛋白物質(zhì)在湖泊中的產(chǎn)量比海洋中多;腐殖化指數(shù)LW5LW2LW4LW1LW3,與熒光強度分布基本一致,生物源指數(shù)范圍是0.55-1.18,各提取液的熒光指數(shù)十分接近,主要范圍是1.88-2.17,與海洋站位相似,表明這些站位中CDOM來源也是以內(nèi)源為主。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the sediment samples in the waters near the Great Wall Station, Antarctica, were studied from various aspects, namely the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) of the sediment extract and the carbon content of the sediment. Absorbance and fluorescence spectrum of CDOM and sand content of sediment. The main research areas include the waters near the South Shetland Islands and the lake near the Fildes Peninsula. To understand the distribution characteristics of CDOM in the waters of the South Shetland Islands and the Fildes Peninsula. The DOC content of sediment extracts from the South Shetland Islands ranged from 8.34 to 37.17 mg/L. The contents of TC and TOC in sediments ranged from 0.21-0.87 to 0.21-0.81respectively, showing a decreasing trend from inshore to open sea area. The spectral slope is higher than SR inshore than that in open sea area, which indicates that the CDOM aging degree is stronger. The EEMs spectra of CDOM extracts from sediments showed that tryptophan R was mainly produced by recent aquatic biodegradation. The results show that the three fluorescence characteristic peaks of marine UV humus A and terrestrial Vis humus C are near to land (King George Island). In addition to showing R and A fluorescence characteristic peaks, but also showed a clear C characteristic peak; P _ 4 and P _ 2 showed higher humus characteristics, the range of biosource index was 0.5-0.91, the fluorescence index was very close, the range of variation was 1.77-2.00. The results showed that the internal sources of CDOM were dominant in these stations. The effect of exogenous input of terrestrial plants and soil organic matter was small. The variation range of DOC content in the sediment extract of lake near Fildes Peninsula was 5.40-53.22 mg/L. The variation range of TC content in sediment is from 0.96 to 8.45, and the variation range of TOC is 0.17-8.24, which is more than that of sea in sediment. The spectral slope was higher than that of SR value LW1LW3LW5LW4LW2, which indicated that the aging degree of LW1 station was higher. The fluorescence intensity of LW5LW2LW1LW3LW4 was higher than that of marine sediments, and there was one more tryptophan T characteristic peak, and the yield of protein-like substances in lake was higher than that in ocean. The humification index LW5LW2LW4LW1LW3 was basically consistent with the distribution of fluorescence intensity. The biological source index ranged from 0.55-1.18.The fluorescence index of each extract was very close. The main range is 1.88-2.17, which is similar to that of marine stations, indicating that the source of CDOM in these stations is also endogenous.
