CFM56型號飛機發(fā)動機維護項目的成本控制研究

【摘要】:眾所周知,發(fā)動機是飛機的心臟,保證發(fā)動機的高效工作就是保證了飛機的安全性與適航性。飛機維修費用占航空公司總成本的比例非常巨大,與此同時,發(fā)動機維修費用占據(jù)著飛機維修費用支出中最大的部分。因此,有效控制發(fā)動機的維修成本具有十分重要作用,由于發(fā)動機維修成本控制專業(yè)性強,涉面較廣,并且國內(nèi)航空公司對飛機發(fā)動機成本控制研究起步較晚,還處于摸索階段,導(dǎo)致我國在飛機發(fā)動機維修成本控制方面,還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于國際先進航空公司。本文以成本控制理論為基礎(chǔ),以CFM56型飛機發(fā)動機的維修成本為研究對象,通過對維修現(xiàn)狀的梳理,分析該型號發(fā)動機維修成本方面存在問題,包括發(fā)動機運行可靠性降低,在惡劣運行環(huán)境下,部件損傷比較嚴(yán)重;發(fā)動機送修計劃,在部分區(qū)域內(nèi)無法充分發(fā)揮潛能;發(fā)動機無計劃拆換數(shù)量較大,導(dǎo)致增加送修成本;發(fā)動機無差異的水洗工程,使發(fā)動機或是過度維修或是維修不足,從而影響發(fā)動機性能等方面。結(jié)合成本控制理論,提出以下解決方案:通過優(yōu)化發(fā)動機送修時間控制和優(yōu)化發(fā)動機深度維修模式,加強發(fā)動機維修過程中的成本控制;通過優(yōu)化發(fā)動機送修的平衡點和發(fā)動機外包業(yè)務(wù),樹立正確成本維修理念;通過構(gòu)建維修工程信息化系統(tǒng)和提升維修專業(yè)化管理水平,建立完善成本管理體系,從而降低發(fā)動機維護成本,為我國航空器維護成本控制方面做出一些貢獻。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the engine is the heart of the aircraft, to ensure the efficient work of the engine is to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft. Aircraft maintenance costs account for a large proportion of the total cost of airlines, while engine maintenance costs account for the largest part of aircraft maintenance costs. Therefore, it plays a very important role in effectively controlling the maintenance cost of the engine. Because the engine maintenance cost control is professional and involves a wide range of areas, and the domestic airlines start the research on aircraft engine cost control relatively late. It is still in the exploratory stage, which leads to the fact that our country still lags far behind the international advanced airlines in the cost control of aircraft engine maintenance. Based on the theory of cost control and the maintenance cost of CFM56 aircraft engine, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the maintenance cost of CFM56 aircraft engine, including the reduction of engine reliability. In the bad operating environment, the damage of the components is more serious; The engine repair plan can not give full play to its potential in some areas, and the number of engine unplanned disassembly and replacement is large, resulting in an increase in the cost of repair. There is no difference in engine washing engineering, so that the engine is either overrepaired or underrepaired, thus affecting engine performance and so on. Combined with the cost control theory, the following solutions are put forward: by optimizing the engine repair time control and optimizing the engine depth maintenance mode, the cost control in the engine maintenance process can be strengthened; By optimizing the balance point of engine repair and engine outsourcing business, the correct cost maintenance concept can be established. By constructing the maintenance engineering information system and improving the maintenance professional management level, the cost management system can be established and perfected, so as to reduce the engine maintenance cost and make some contributions to the maintenance cost control of aircraft in our country.
