激光噴丸參數(shù)對7075鋁合金殘余應力分布影響規(guī)律的數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:為了研究不同激光噴丸參數(shù)對殘余應力分布的影響規(guī)律,較快獲取期望的殘余應力分布,通過利用有限元軟件ABAQUS對激光噴丸過程進行數(shù)值模擬,完成了7075航空鋁合金靶材在不同沖擊波峰值壓力、沖擊次數(shù)、光斑大小及搭接率等工藝參數(shù)下的數(shù)值模擬。模擬結(jié)果表明:隨著峰值壓力的增加,材料表面殘余壓應力也增加,當峰值壓力增大到一定值時,材料表面殘余壓應力達到最大;當峰值壓力一定時,材料表面及內(nèi)部殘余壓應力隨光斑大小及沖擊次數(shù)的增加而增加;隨著光斑搭接率的增加,材料表面殘余壓應力增大,且隨著搭接率的增加,表面殘余壓應力的波動逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of different parameters of laser shot peening on the residual stress distribution and obtain the desired residual stress distribution quickly, the numerical simulation of laser shot peening process was carried out by using the finite element software ABAQUS. The numerical simulation of 7075 aviation aluminum alloy target under different shock wave peak pressure, impact times, spot size and lap rate is completed. The simulation results show that with the increase of peak pressure, the residual compressive stress on the surface of the material also increases. When the peak pressure increases to a certain value, the residual compressive stress on the surface of the material reaches the maximum. When the peak pressure is constant, the residual compressive stress on the surface and interior of the material increases with the increase of spot size and impact times. With the increase of spot grafting rate, the residual compressive stress on the surface of the material increases, and with the increase of the splicing rate, the fluctuation of the residual compressive stress on the surface decreases gradually.
