加載頭不確定度評(píng)定方法研究

【摘要】:在風(fēng)洞天平校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)中,加載頭的主要功能是保證力的三要素中"作用點(diǎn)"位置的準(zhǔn)確。然而,由于加工制造誤差和尺寸測(cè)量誤差的存在,加載頭施力點(diǎn)的實(shí)際位置總是會(huì)偏離其相應(yīng)的理論正確位置,從而導(dǎo)致施力點(diǎn)位置坐標(biāo)產(chǎn)生誤差。這些誤差會(huì)經(jīng)由加載頭傳導(dǎo)到天平校準(zhǔn)公式中,從而影響天平載荷測(cè)量的準(zhǔn)確性。因此,有必要對(duì)加載頭不確定度的評(píng)定方法進(jìn)行研究。首先采用GUM(guide to the expression of uncertainty in the measurement,ISO/IEC GUIDE 98-3:2008)方法建立了加載頭不確定度的評(píng)定方法和步驟,接著給出了加載頭不確定度的表示方法及指標(biāo)要求,最后以某加載頭為例,給出了不確定度評(píng)定的詳細(xì)過程及結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,該型加載頭各施力點(diǎn)位置坐標(biāo)的擴(kuò)展不確定度平均值為0.044mm;力矩力臂的相對(duì)擴(kuò)展不確定度平均值為0.0072%。
[Abstract]:In the wind tunnel balance calibration system, the main function of the loading head is to ensure the accuracy of the "action point" position in the three elements of the force. However, due to the existence of manufacturing error and dimension measurement error, the actual position of the loading point always deviates from the corresponding theoretical correct position, which leads to the error of the position coordinates of the loading point. These errors are transmitted to the balance calibration formula by the loading head, thus affecting the accuracy of the balance load measurement. Therefore, it is necessary to study the evaluation method of the uncertainty of loading head. Firstly, the evaluation method and steps of the uncertainty of loading head are established by using GUM (guide to the expression of uncertainty in the measurement,ISO/IEC GUIDE 98 / 3 (2008) method, and then the expression method and index requirement of the uncertainty of loading head are given. Finally, taking a loading head as an example, the detailed process and results of uncertainty evaluation are given. The results show that the average value of the extended uncertainty of the position coordinates of the loading head is 0.044 mm and the average value of the relative expansion uncertainty of the moment arm is 0.0072%.
