航空發(fā)動機(jī)振動信號ICA分離方法的研究

【摘要】:研究了基于獨(dú)立分量分析(independent component analysis,ICA)的發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子振動信號分離方法,目的是對轉(zhuǎn)子振動的混疊信號進(jìn)行分離。首先,研究獨(dú)立分量分析方法中Infomax方法和Fast ICA方法對混疊信號的分離效果;然后利用LABVIEW信號采集系統(tǒng)采集轉(zhuǎn)子的振動信號,實現(xiàn)從混疊信號中分離源信號,并分別對轉(zhuǎn)子的不對中和碰摩兩種工作狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)子振動信號進(jìn)行分離測試,驗證了該方法的適用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The separation method of engine rotor vibration signal based on independent component analysis (independent component analysis,ICA) is studied in this paper. The purpose of this method is to separate the mixed signal of rotor vibration. Firstly, the separation effect of Infomax method and Fast ICA method on aliasing signal is studied. Then the rotor vibration signal is collected by LABVIEW signal acquisition system, and the source signal is separated from the mixed signal. The applicability and effectiveness of the method are verified.
