航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)振動(dòng)信號(hào)ICA分離方法的研究

【摘要】:研究了基于獨(dú)立分量分析(independent component analysis,ICA)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)信號(hào)分離方法,目的是對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)的混疊信號(hào)進(jìn)行分離。首先,研究獨(dú)立分量分析方法中Infomax方法和Fast ICA方法對(duì)混疊信號(hào)的分離效果;然后利用LABVIEW信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)采集轉(zhuǎn)子的振動(dòng)信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)從混疊信號(hào)中分離源信號(hào),并分別對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子的不對(duì)中和碰摩兩種工作狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行分離測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了該方法的適用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The separation method of engine rotor vibration signal based on independent component analysis (independent component analysis,ICA) is studied in this paper. The purpose of this method is to separate the mixed signal of rotor vibration. Firstly, the separation effect of Infomax method and Fast ICA method on aliasing signal is studied. Then the rotor vibration signal is collected by LABVIEW signal acquisition system, and the source signal is separated from the mixed signal. The applicability and effectiveness of the method are verified.
