生物柴油對雙旋流燃燒室燃燒與排放性能的影響

【摘要】:為深入研究燃氣輪機燃用生物柴油對其燃燒與排放性能的影響,將生物柴油與柴油按照不同比例進行混合,在雙旋流燃燒室90°扇形試驗件上進行降壓模擬燃燒試驗.結(jié)果表明:隨油氣比的增加,燃燒效率和NOx排放快速增加并趨于穩(wěn)定,出口溫度分布系數(shù)(OTDF)、徑向分布系數(shù)(RTDF)、CO排放逐漸減小并趨于穩(wěn)定;隨生物柴油混合比例的增加,燃燒效率、燃燒室溫升逐漸降低,OTDF和NOx排放先減小后增加,RTDF和CO排放逐漸增加.隨油氣比的增加,生物柴油對燃燒和排放的主要影響方面發(fā)生變化,影響程度逐漸減弱,不同油氣比時存在不同的最佳生物柴油混合比例.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of biodiesel on combustion and emission performance of gas turbine, the pressure reduction simulation combustion test was carried out on 90 擄fan test piece of double swirl combustor by mixing biodiesel and diesel fuel in different proportion. The results show that the combustion efficiency and NOx emission increase rapidly and tend to be stable with the increase of oil / gas ratio. The outlet temperature distribution coefficient (OTDF), radial distribution coefficient (RTDF), CO emission decreases gradually and tends to be stable. With the increase of the ratio of biodiesel, the combustion efficiency and temperature rise of combustion chamber decrease gradually, the emissions of OTDF and NOx decrease and then increase, and the emissions of RTDF and CO increase gradually. With the increase of oil / gas ratio, the main effect of biodiesel on combustion and emission changes, and the influence degree gradually weakens, and the best ratio of biodiesel is different with different oil / gas ratio.
