機(jī)場(chǎng)SMA高溫變形中集料傾角變化規(guī)律

【摘要】:為探究機(jī)場(chǎng)重載下SMA(瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石混合料)的車轍變形特性,同時(shí)為建立瀝青混合料細(xì)觀模型提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,針對(duì)SMA高溫變形過程中集料傾角的變化規(guī)律開展研究.采用車轍試件取芯方式,研究瀝青混合料在高溫及高荷載作用下集料傾角隨碾壓次數(shù)的變化規(guī)律.基于X-射線CT技術(shù)獲取并重構(gòu)了碾壓前后瀝青混合料的三維數(shù)字圖像,提取了數(shù)字試件沿輪跡方向和垂直輪跡方向的二維圖像,采用MATLAB編寫圖像的批量處理程序,獲取二值化圖像,進(jìn)行集料傾角的計(jì)算和統(tǒng)計(jì).結(jié)果表明:瀝青混合料集料傾角的累計(jì)分布概率符合三參數(shù)威布爾分布;混合料集料傾角在0°~20°分布最多;碾壓后,沿輪跡方向0°~20°區(qū)間集料傾角概率保持增大,垂直輪跡方向40°~60°區(qū)間集料傾角概率保持增大;沿輪跡方向集料傾角變化與車轍變形線性相關(guān);摻加70#瀝青的SMA集料較摻加SBS改性瀝青的SMA集料傾角更易偏轉(zhuǎn).
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the rutting deformation characteristics of SMA (bituminous maleic macadam mixture) under heavy load of airport and to provide data support for the establishment of mesoscopic model of asphalt mixture, the variation law of aggregate inclination during high temperature deformation of SMA was studied. The change of aggregate dip angle with rolling times under high temperature and high load was studied by means of rutting sample coring method. The 3D digital image of asphalt mixture before and after rolling is acquired and reconstructed based on X- ray CT technology. The 2D image of digital specimen along the direction of wheel track and vertical direction of wheel track is extracted, and the batch processing program of image is compiled by MATLAB. The binary image is obtained and the aggregate dip angle is calculated and counted. The results show that the cumulative distribution probability of aggregate dip angle of asphalt mixture accords with the Weibull distribution of three parameters, and the aggregate inclination angle of asphalt mixture is the most distributed between 0 擄and 20 擄. After rolling, the probability of aggregate dip increases in the range of 0 擄~ 20 擄along the wheel track direction, and the probability of the aggregate dip angle increases in the range of 40 擄~ 60 擄in the vertical wheel track direction, and the change of aggregate dip angle along the wheel track direction is linearly related to the rutting deformation. SMA aggregate with 70# asphalt is easier to deflect than SMA aggregate with SBS modified asphalt.
