航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)吸鳥適航驗(yàn)證關(guān)鍵參數(shù)分析方法

【摘要】:發(fā)展了一種確定航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)風(fēng)扇葉片吸鳥適航驗(yàn)證用關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的分析方法。首先分析關(guān)鍵參數(shù),提出用綜合關(guān)鍵撞擊參數(shù)SCIP評(píng)估鳥撞擊葉片損傷效果及確定試驗(yàn)用關(guān)鍵吸鳥參數(shù)CIP的方法,建立SPH法鳥撞旋轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)扇葉片有限元模型,進(jìn)行鳥撞擊數(shù)值模擬,分析鳥速、風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速、撞擊位置等參數(shù)對(duì)鳥撞擊數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的影響,得出各個(gè)狀態(tài)下綜合損傷參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,在CIP=F(72 m/s,70%,100%)試驗(yàn)條件下,鳥撞擊葉片的綜合損傷最為嚴(yán)重,并據(jù)此確定一組吸鳥適航驗(yàn)證用關(guān)鍵吸鳥參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:An analytical method for determining the key parameters for airworthiness validation of aeroengine fan blades is developed. Firstly, the key parameters are analyzed, and the method of evaluating the damage effect of bird impingement blade by synthesizing the key impact parameter SCIP and determining the key bird suction parameter CIP is put forward. The finite element model of bird impact rotating fan blade with SPH method is established, and the numerical simulation of bird impact is carried out. The effects of bird speed, fan speed and impact position on the numerical simulation results of bird impact are analyzed, and the comprehensive damage parameters are obtained. The results show that under the condition of CIP=F (72 m / s / s 70%), the comprehensive damage of bird impingement blade is the most serious, and a group of key parameters of bird suction for airworthiness verification are determined.
